Maybe it's a side effect to his Argonaut skill which strengthen Bell kun's mana

LIMIT OFF IS EXACTLY WHAT IT SOUNDS LIKE HIS LIMITS ARE GONE HE IS NOT BOUJND BY NORMAL LIMITS AND RULES AND CAN USE MAGIC WITHOUT GOING MIND DOWN

</p><p>A temporary state in which surrounding conditions combined with emotion to overload the Falna contained within a deity’s Blessing.Skill power increased exponentially during a Limit Release"
</p><p>remembering that "Limit Release" was Yen Press's translation for "Limit Off".
</p><p>As I understand it, "Limit Off" is a state / situation that can happen to anyone who has a Falna and that Bell's skills can facilitate the ocurrence of it.
