It just dawned on me. Since the potency of the skill is dependent on his feelings. I wonder if Bell has ununconsciously fallen in love with more than one woman which would have in turn strengthen the effects of the skill itself.

<p>That is impossible. The description of the Liaris Fresse skill specifies it with one person and that person is Aiz and no one else. You can scroll a bit above to see the "right"/"correct" translation from Japanese to english, that i posted. </p>

<p>It was never confirmed nor was it in the description of the skill itself that he had to be in love with just Aiz. The skill is born out of his love for Aiz not that he has to have feelings just for her. His love can switch to another person, allowing the skill to work like usual. </p><p>If his aspiration is Aiz than the skill works, right? Of course, because Aiz has inspired Bell. Now if something were to happen and his aspiration for her is compromised for some reason than the skill becomes inert. </p><p>Now say for example he becomes inspired by Lyu, than the skill becomes active once again. </p>

<p>Are you saying multiple or one person at a time? Your original post makes it sound like you think the skill would apply to multiple people at once, which isn't correct. However, you are correct in that it could still work if he switched his aspiration with someone else, but story wise that'd never happen </p>

<p>The skill also say "the effect will continue until the feelings remain the same" not "you can change the object of your feelings at will"
Furthermore  the spirit of the ability is his "Single-Minded Pursuit" of Aiz so i'm not sure the skill will work with someone who by now is ,status wise,  at his same level as Ryu and there is not "pursuit" anymore.
The new target of the skill (and his love)  should be someone much stronger then him like Asterius Or Ottar.
And so the the new love triangle can begin... </p>

<p>You could say the same of Ais when Bell reaches her level but that's another matter entirely </p>

<p>Skills effect can change depending on circumsatances...for instance look at Aiz Avenger. As long as she imagines the person infrint if her is a monster it increases her power. She even imagined Revis to be a dragon and the skill ignored that Revis isnt a dragon and increased the power anyway. </p><p>So to me as long as Bell wants to become stronger even if Aiz isnt the target anymore, i feel the skill will continue to grant him fast growth beyond lvl 6 </p>

<p>Basing in the description, Avenger works on anything Ais sees as a monster. So, even if in a strange way, it still follows it’s description and doesn’t change as you say. </p><p>Liaris Freese is specific about how it works only based on his feelings of love. Therefore, it couldn’t work based in his desire to become stronger. </p>

<p>Avenger gives already  to Aiz a big attack bonus against all monsters (and a bigger bonus against dragon types), Levis was already an half-monster (with even her personal magic stone),so Aiz don't needed to force her skill too much to make it work against her.On the other hand  Bell , to change " feeling of being in love" to "desire to be stronger" will need an all new skill instead of Liaris Freese (and even if it's difficult it could even happen) </p>

<p>The whole point of Liaris Freese existing is so Bell could catch up to Ais and be her man. It's practically impossible story wise for some other girl to come along and take Ais' place, much less motivate him enough that it'd keep giving him fast growth past level 6 </p>
