<p>I read the summary that he lost a arm, and now he is in larger debt than before.
</p><p>This interests me because a similar Main character lost a arm, and was given a cloned arm so what arm was Bell given that costs so much money.

I think that means that his real hand turned into the mess of smashed muscles, shattered bones and cutted ligaments covered by goliath muffler - so basicly he LOST his real arm, and after that healers took this bio-mass and reconstructed his hand anew - so its not his own hand, but something new, which was created from its remainings </div> <p>Pretty much this, rebuilt could probably be better worded with reconstructive surgery. </p>
