<p>I understand that Hestia doesn’t want a fast promotion but when does reach he reach this milestone what will happen to him.
</p><p>I want to know other than the Familia paying a higher tax what positive or negative impact it will have him or his friends as well.

We dont know if Bell would even get a magic when Syr didnt give him the Grimoire that Freya left for him. And this is only my opinion but i dont think that Freya would give Bell a low class Grimoire to begin with so it should be a high class grimoire. We dont know if Bell would even get a magic when Syr didnt give him the Grimoire that Freya left for him. </p><p>There is no such thing as a cheap grimoire, even a lower quality one is more expensive than top tier weapons. As far as anyone only reading DM knows, Bell has already used his only spell slot. Granted that might not stop Oomori, but something damn well should have been said about it by now.

<p>I know that something like an cheap grimoire doesnt exsist. I just wanted to say that we can be 100% sure that Freya give Bell an high class grimoire adn these are known for there "special ability" to increase the magic slots up to free slots. I will change my initial post so that mistunderstandings dont happen. Thank you for insight tough. </p>

<p>We know it's possible that grimoires can increase a person's magic slots, so I wouldn't be surprised if he did learn a new magic at some point. Like DerDoppleganger mentioned however, if it does happen,it would likely be something that doesn't detract much from the style he has now, similar to Naruto's powerups.
