It seems inevitable that bell will reach level 5 next volume. It is said that he has the excelia to do so but Hestia wants him to improve his basic stast. Perhaps after the fight with Nidhog he is all SS but it seems unlikely to see him level up right at the beggining of volume 16. Although I can’t think of anything reasonable that could happen right now. It all depends whether the next arc ia going to be about. Definetly it will be something not in the dungeon since last 3 novels were all happening there. What do you people think is the next arc going to be about?

It was already said that the fight happed before volume 15,so his stats are the same at the end of the book which u saw at the beginning of the book. And the main reason why Hestia kept quiet about his chance of level up that she didn't want to have more unnecessary attention. His stats are secondary compared to that. In orario,level 5 is a border line,u will jump from second to first class,there are very few of them,hell until recently most of Loki familia were level 5. And see shakthi too,she is only level 5 still after five years considering she was the same as ryuu at that time. So,this time it will create more craze especially considering only one month passed since he leveled to 4.
And the author has already said next arc is about syr.

I think it will focus more on Syr’s connetion to Freya familia, Allen, probably solving things with Ryuu about her and Bell. Monsters in the sewers don’t make a lot of sense to me but who knows.
Bell will start to gain xp like normal once he is a very high lvl 5 or a just transformed lvl 6 because liaris freese only makes him gain xp really fast untill he is about the same strength as Ais so he will not hit lvl 8 or 7 any time soon unless Aiz hits them first.
