<p>I have a littile bit of a theory that it's a possibility maybe that Ais is a time traveler.
</p><p>I know know there is a lot theory's about Asi, but there a lot of magic spells so maybe there is one that can send some one in the into the future.
</p><p>I mean it would explain how someone who was born 1000 ago would still be 7 year old girl case that was how old she was befor being send to the future. Just think so far we only seen flashbacks her with her family as a child & the rest about her past is a mystery.
</p><p>I just thought i put that out there as one possibility.

<p>I don't think it should be done unless the author has a great plot which fits the situation as it will really ruin the series if it was not seriously planned. I think the most obvious possibility would be,she was sealed for a thousand years by using a magic formation which absorbed magic energy. I think she was found in the dungeon since only dungeon is a place where that much energy can be supplied that too for a long time.

<p>Your theory could work but if a girl was found in the dungeon then it would had become public and everyone would know about her. It was said that she came to Loki Familia and there is not more about it, maybe she was sealed but somewhere else near Orario or hidden in Orario because the dungeon is just impossible, also there are a lot of monsters there and you could say that thanks to Avenger she could had been able to make it to the surface but as I said before it would had been something that everyone would had learn about and she only gained Avenger after receiving her Falna. </p>

<p>I've always found it strange that Aria was said to be a spirit and the mother of Ais, but spirits aren't supposed to be able to birth a child? (unless I missed something somewhere) But I doubt that she was simply adopted as well since there are uncanny similarities between her and her mother. It could be sealing magic, it could be area based time-freeze magic. She also has memories of her father training and talking to her mother, so it obviously can't be reincarnation.
</p><p>The other weird thing related to spirits is that Welf Crozzo became the first in a long line of Crozzos to obtain his Crozzo Blood skill that allows him to make magic swords. That happened on his tenth birthday when he got his falna, since he's said to be 19 this would make it 9 years from the current time, which was around the same time Aiz joined Loki familia at age 7. Not saying there is a connection, but two spirited related things happening around the same time seems like a big coincidence.
