<p>That does make sense, but since practically the beginning of the series I remember it saying that Bell thought Hestia and the other gods knew stuff about the dungeon that they weren't telling anyone for some reason and whenever Bell woul ask her she woul just say " the dungeon is just the dungeon". Always thought that seemed strange, but when they brought the Xenos into the story it seemed like Ouranos and the other Gods told them everything they know, but then you have a Fels telling Bell he has to go to the bottom floor of the dungeon if the Xenos will ever have a future with mankind so it seems like he knows something that no one else knows.  </p><p>
Either way it's confusing, still think it possible though. </p>

I don't hate the author. But just like Kevinhunt06 said. A couple of my hopes for the Series have been betrayed. If Ottar does become a Level 8. I have seen his Status. So he is more than capable of becoming one soon. But then that means I am going have to wait even longer for the showdown between Bell Cranel and Ottar. This is the Adventurer on Adventurer fight I am looking to the most. Because when The Ox Slayer beats The King. Then Bell Cranel will be Top Adventurer of Orario. After that. It not surprise if Bell receives more courtships than Ais Wallenstein.

<p>Except we already know the guild is hiding things about the dungeon, from the Xenos and the structure of the deep levels. </p><p>Anyway, I was a bit surprised about the Level 8 & 9 reveal, but upon further thought, it makes more sense. Loki and Freya Familias are young groups with only a couple decades of experience. Zeus and Hera had centuries, it's not so surprising that they could reach higher levels. We've seen the effect that being properly trained had on characters like Lefiya. I'm sure Finn, Gareth, Riveria and Ottar would probably be higher leveled if they had someone to guide them instead of having to figure stuff out as they go along. </p><p>I also don't think that simply because Zeus and Hera had a Level 8 & 9 means that they must have had a bunch of Level 6 & 7's either. I wouldn't be all surprised if they didn't have as many as Loki Familia. You seem to need a lot of talent to get that far, even if you have help. </p><p>On the matter of Hermes' previous statement about this being the best group of heroes in ages, being a hero is not about strength The series had made that clear already. </p>

<p>Ouranos' interests and the Guild's interests don't always align. The Guild may encourage deeper exploration because it fuels Orario's economy, since magic stones and items powered by them are a major export of Orario, but Ouranos seems to focus his attention on maintaining peace and pursuing long-term harmony. To this end, Ouranos and Fels have hidden the existence of the Xenos, the Juggernaut, and the demi-spirit on 59th floor from the public likely to stave off fear and mass panic. On top of this, the Guild restricts information about the deeper levels of the dungeon beyond floor 50 from adventurers unless they plan on traveling down that far. The Guild also kept much of what happened in Knossos under wraps as well. </p><p>So at this point, after so many cases where Ouranos or the Guild kept something hidden, I wouldn't be surprised if the true dungeon range of the Zeus and Hera Familia was also kept secret. Even if Ouranos wasn't involved in the deception, Zeus and Hera themselves could have decided to withhold the knowledge for some reason. </p><p>The dungeon is one of the few plausible methods Zeus and Hera had where they could have trained adventurers to the higher levels, the others being fighting amongst themselves similar to Kali Familia and fighting the other two great quests. So I don't think we should discard the possibility of a hidden dungeon range. </p>

<p>Don't remember where deep levels is from but I don't think it's really accurate to include the Xenos in there. <p>Sure, but there isn't any merit to the familias or Ouranos for doing so. Considering Ouranos' reaction I doubt he'd encountered the Corrupted Spirit any earlier </p>

<p>If there is a merit, we certainly haven't been revealed about it yet. If the deeper levels has anything like the Dragon's Urn with Valgang Dragons shooting flames through floors, safety and maintaining the peace could be good enough reasons for the deception. Even though, I would argue knowledge should generally be shared, regardless if it may scare the public. On the other hand, adventurers being too scared to venture deeper could be a problem for Ouranos and Fels who appear to want the adventurers to get to the deepest floor. </p>

<p>Overall Zeus and Hera still have the edge I'm sure, it's just that Loki Familia is blessed to have a more talented group of elites. <p>I think in terms of background, most of the Loki Familia people are pretty unique. They've all come from some pretty crappy backgrounds, and managed to distinguish themselves. </p>
