Item Construction A - due to her cooking and work as a maid, Haruhime is able to craft amazing food and even form some from this air to work with similar to Tawara Tōta, but more limited as she can only create enough to feed 100 people at most, but with more variety of food to create, not just rice

Territory Creation B- -thank's to her having close ties with being guarded and inside, she is able to recreate the Heath Mansion, pleasure district, or the Belit Babili to increase all her allies parameters by one so long as they remain inside and lower the enemies parameters by 1 when inside, however, haruhime has to see them as an enemy, so if she's fighting someone like Bell, this will lose it's effect's and even backfire, but the area can change by Haruhime's command, so you could walk in circles if she desires it

Magic Resistance A - thank's to her role as a supporter, she has high magic resistance that is thank's to her cloak, however, if she removes this cloak, she loses this skill

Skills:

Kokonoe: B - this gives Haruhime the ability to have her and her allies overcome class advantage and disadvantage and increase their overall abilities except for Luck while also increasing her own strength and defense

Mikuzumenohou: A - this increases her magic and act's lot High-Speed Divine Words when she sings her spell's instead of simply speaking them, but this also has the added benefit of making her magic attack's cost less mana so she can last longer in a fight

Renard's Pheromone: EX - this skill comes from her time as a prostitute who caught the eye of the goddess of beauty Ishtar to have a charm stronger than even Ishtar's due to her kind and gentle nature and hypnotizes male enemies to do her bidding with ease as she can even command many to take their own life is she desired, and it's not easy to defend against since the only way to defend against it is to have an unbreakable will that won't falter to womanly charm, and those know for seducing women or being attracted to women in their legend are the easiest targets, and even if it doesn't charm them, it will weaken them by also acting as a sleep agent to knock people out, but women are immune to this skill

Noble Phantasm:

Kazuki: C+ - anti-unit - a sword Welf Crozzo made for everyone in his party to use (Kazuki can also be used as a normal sword). her skill with it isn't to good, but it's effective as Kazuki is not a normal magic sword and is able to store and use the magical energy of its user instead of a normal ones that just breaks after using all energy, as a caster, it's used as her magic staff to attack.

Reverse Veil: C- - anti-unit - this is the cloak Bell used to turn invisible with, it's more got getting away, however, as a caster, haruhime uses this to stay hidden as her allies fight for her and stay's alive granting them support magic from the side

Goliath Robe: C+ - anti-unit - a cloak that enhanced all of Haruhime's Paramiter's by 1, it also enhances her abilities and defense, as well as grant her the skill magic resistance

Uchide no Kozuchi: EX - anti-army - this is a special spell that is able to enhance and power up a servant's abilities for an entire 15 hours compared to 15 minutes in her life, but now needs 2 day's to rest before using it again unless she gets a supply of Mana from her master to recharge, it prevents the servant's it effects from losing as much mana when using skill's or NP otherwise as well as a special effect based on the servant, on someone like Hercules, if he lost 11 of his lives, this NP can restack all his lives, and the effect of his 12 live's would still be in effect, so he'd be even stronger than before, as well as this NP also nullifying the downside effect's of a servant's class, such as madness enhancement to make the berserker still able to reason much better than before, however, this is only if she is in a close range of the servant's who get this, and she has to be alive, so she's a big target

Lot's of guesswork, but I assume it fits well enough, we don't know much which I think is a crime to be honest, but she works best when being supported by other's to fight for her, someone like Hercules pair's best with her since her NP can save him and be doom to everyone else, but this is best worked with on Bell, as she wished to be by his side, she would actually get a few more skill's and passive skill's if she is with Bell, but that is if they are on the same side

I agree that it's unlikely that Bell will reach level 10 or so, but level wise he'll still be the strongest because of his previous levels

So a level 5 Bell will likely be at level 6 or 7 status, especially in speed which may be in the level of a low tier level 9, which is still impressive in of its own in my guesswork here, but I think the Fate rule will somehow limit Bell, but if he is destined to kill the one eyed black dragon, then he will have different stat's I think

Independent Action: A+ - due to acting on his emotion's despite all opposition's to do the right thing, he is able to act on his own even if it's against his master's wishes if he is to do the right thing

Essence of the God of Love: A - thank's to the affections and obsessiveness of the goddess Freya, as well as his skill Liaris Phrase Bell has immunity to charm's and high divinity with goddesses of love, this also gives Bell trace amount's of divinity at B rank

Rabitto Futto: EX - this was his name at level 4 due to his high luck, as a result, his luck no matter his class will always be EX due to the blessing of the god's, however, he loses this when facing a god or goddess he acknowledges as good such as Hestia or Artemis, but deal's neutral damage to god's like Ishtar or Apollo as he opposed them in his life

Dragon's Core: A++ - this grant's Bell immense amount's of magical energy similar to a dragon's power, and can rival most of the weaker god's and goddesses in term's of power, and is much harder to break than other spirit cores, however, he can lose himself in battle if he is not careful and do more harm than good in the process

Skills:

Cursed Affection of the Gods: EX - Having been loved by not only goddess Hestia but also Freya and other goddesses who desired him as well as some male gods like Apollo, Bell posses the highest rank of this skill. Every parameter other than Mana and Luck are raised up by 2 parameters, but this skill makes him lose one parameter when faced with a god or goddess type servant as well as be cursed to be lusted after by them no matter the god or goddess.

Liaris Freese: A++ - this increases Bell's abilities in a fight to grow stronger and stronger the longer a fight lasts, so as long as he keeps fighting, he'll get strong enough to overpower them, however, this is only if he desires to surpass them that is, and also have the effect of having the power and give him a battle continuation where the harder he is pushed and tougher the battle is for him, the stronger he will become, where he will become more powerful than his enemy/enemies becomes as well as have the skill to take them down

Argonaut (Argo Vesta) E-EX - this skill is entirely situational, with a short charge, it can act as a weak Mana Burst, however, once it's charged fully, it has the power to overcome almost anything in a matter of speaking, even anti-world NP such as Ea or a Barrier NP like Avelon, though, this will cost him lot's of his own mana and will damage him as well, he can either use this in his weapons or body and boost their attack's, and as a servant, the drawback is far less than it was in his life, but combining this with his NP's can have consequences that can get him killed so even if he does surpass Ea or break through Avelon, it will still cost him his life anyway so only if he wants to bring his opponent with him can this be achieved

Slayer of the Black Dragon: EX - this skill drastically increases Bell's fighting ability to dragon/beast/evil/threat to the world type enemies and is used in conjunction with his abilities and power as well as give him a massive boost in power as he can heal as well till he accomplishes his goal of slaying the enemy

Noble Phantasm:

Kazuki (Dragon Slayer Sword): EX - anti-unit - his main weapon made by his best friend Welf Crozzo (Kazuki can also be used as a normal sword). Kazuki is not a normal magic sword and is able to store and use the magical energy of its user instead of a normal ones that just breaks after using all energy, and thank's to the fact it was this sword that killed the OEBD, it deals extra damage to dragon/beast/evil/threat to the world type enemies, but only if Bell wields the sword for the sake of good, and has the power of the OEBD within the blade to be used by Bell whenever he wields it's power.

Reverse Veil: C- - anti-unit - this is the cloak Bell has to turn invisible with, it's more got getting away, however, caster's or servant's with strong detection's can still detect where he is

Hestia Knife: E~A++ - anti-unit/anti-Fortress - a weapon made by Hephaestus and gifted to him by Hestia, the Hestia knife is able to harm and deal extra damage to Evil enemies as well as divine being's, when unleashing his full power, it will fuse with Kazuki and be similar in power if not exceed the power of the legendary Excalibur King Arthur wielded, however, he can only use this NP 2 time's a week or one time with a 4 day cooldown period or he runs the risk of using all his magical energy and breaking his own core

Argo-Kazuki: EX - anti-army/anti-fortress - It's Bell's strongest attack that can be used only once. By ignoring a limit and fully charging and using all his abilities at once fused with the power of the OEBD within the sword to utilize its power, he can surpass any and all other Noble Phantasm's and cannot be rivaled by even anti-world NP, however, this comes at the cost of his own life so it's a last-ditch effort attack, but due to the power of the OEBD supporting his spirit origin, he can at least use this 3 time's safely, but need's to rest properly after or else he can kill himself using this attack

Slight difference and better than the last one, but I feel it's either underpowering or overpowering with Bell's level of power in that situation

Well I hope you won't get it wrong but I prefer my version over those two. I mean Luck could pass off somehow but agility at EX? The only person who could have agility at EX if he was made a servant would be Minato(from Naruto) cuz he can teleport. I mean you said that you wanted to make him more ballanced but I don't really see that anywhere. You just made him completly broken and it doesn't make much sense at all. And why magic resistance is so high thanks to the battle with OEBD?

For examle I don't know why Argonaut would have been able to blast through avalon or EA, seems ridiculous to me. This attack is nowhere near as powerful as those two things. I could wonder about Argo-Kazuki but I also don't know why it's use is on the cost of Bell life. Also doesn't make sense cuz in the end he is charging his sword so it should be natural that the weapon will be the one that breaks not Bell.

And how would Hestia knife and kazuki even merge? No matter how good of a blacksmith Welf will become I don't think he will be able to make magic sword that could do something like that. There is many things that don't make sense.

And I don't think that level 5 bell will be in status with level 7 in anything, and especially he wouldn't be on pair with his speed with level 9. Lets get real there. So yeah I don't want to boast but I think my version was better. Don't take it personally please.

@Leon fierce @Apocrypha4124312 If you guys don't mind can I ask some questions about fate and danmachi parameter comparison and a few other things?

I actually want to ask that to, in term's of power, where DO both stand in it, for Danmachi, the status and level system and Fates Parameters

I watched fate visuals and some other things and investigated about it when I had free time. By status it obvious that fate parameter > danmachi parameter.

I investigated about EMİYA's powers to. EMİYA uses his reinforcement magic to his eyes so he was able to keep up with other servants and sometimes reinforces himself a lot for a short time. I watched heaven's feel and looked at comments a lot. According to many people archer's kick was so strong for D rank. (With that kick he didn't killed or heavily injured assassin either) and I learned that he boost himself with his magic. Then I learned by some people that archer uses stats from his "weapons" (kansho and bakuya) they are C+ rank weapons while archer's strength is D. I'm assuming that current Bell (vol 16) just by pure status might be a little more stronger than archer (without his protections,just his own power). Still I will investigate again when I got a free time.

@Noon123 Yeah I mostly agree. People tends to forget that in terms of speed and power Emiya isn't much. I would personally put Archer somewhere on the new level 5 in status at the very least. When Archer is using kansho and bakuya his parameters rise too but he would still be like upper level 5 then maybe borderlanding on 6. The fact that he has many weapons that let him fight opponents stronger that him is another matter.

About where fate and danmachi stands for, I still keep with the version that makes the most sense for me, meaning that servants put in danmachi usually would be on pair with level 5-7 in terms of parameters. In fate we know that humans can fight with servants under certain conditions. For example Medea master, Kuzuki beat the hell out of saber and is said that can keep up with Sasaki strikes and he can even protect Medea from Heracles and all of that with only receiving enhancements from Medea. And now let's talk about those enhancements. They are said to give kuzuki strength ten times of this of the human and personally I don't see any reason of why would her enhancements be more powerful than falna created by gods and leveled up 5 times. I mean falna, something created by gods vs some woman that has been made a puppet by goddess of beauty very easly to the point that she even killed her little brother for a dude she baerly knew. It's clear as sky that her powers don't come even near gods at all and thus her magic is weaker that falna by a long shot.

Now I know that Kuzuki fighting style is rather impressive but given the fact that level 5 would be stronger than Medea enhancements then I don't see a reason why would level 5 couldn't do much more than him, given that Medea only gives you more speed, power and endurance but falna also grands you a magic and unique for you skills. So with all of this level 5 can move faster and him harder than Kuzuki and also have skills similar to that of servants that are giving them other power ups too.

Falna also gives you quite amazing endurance too, so someone who reached level 5 at least won't be easly beat up by some random noble phantasm. For example the dragon fire from dragons living on 58 floor is so powerful that it can melt through 6 floors of rocks but level 5 Tiona took it head on without any real damage being done to her.

Falna is also giving you a divinity skill. Getting a fresh falna automatically gives you divinity equal of that of the very least C rank. Now, here in danmachi gods cannot have children but thanks to that Divinity become a very common occurrence in this world. Mostly because the meaning of being 'god child' is different there. When you get falna for the god who give it to you, you are his child now and that fact alone would give you at the very least C rank divinity. Now to support this claim in fate, Iskandar also has a C rank divinity just from the fact that he himself claims to be son of Zeus. There is no proof for that but he claimed it and he recived a C rank divinity from this. So if human got C rank divinity just from claiming to be son of the god then I image that if god claim that you are their child it should do the same if not more. Usually people in danmachi only have a relation with one god but for example I image that someone like Bell would have at least C+ or even B divinity given the fact that he is not only Hestia child but also grandchild of both Zeus and Hera.

So yeah to sum it up I think that servants are mostly around levels 5-7 in terms of power.

@Apocrypha4124312 yeah people tends to forget archer's status. It's all thx to his magic abilities and his work hard that he can match with strong servants. Archer is definitely strong guy no one can refuse that. But seems ufotable's animation effects people's ideas about how OP servants are. Well yeah mostly agreed with what you said. Considering that Bell should/will be at least level 9 or above he would be match for strong servants (not to mention he will have other development abilities and who knows,maybe author gives him magic with some grimoire or some new strong skills. I definitely want a broken magic like unlimited blade works lol) endgame Bell would be pretty strong servant.

@Apocrypha4124312 same, I want Bell to have something like gate of Babylon or unlimited blade works so he can be broken as well, though, I would like him to have it at level 5 or 6 to make sure he can take on the like's of Ottar off sure skill and strategy alone instead of being able to overwhelm him in speed or strength similar to how Archer was able to battle Hercules like that
