1. The information about Ottars stats and lvl up times are in the Episode of Freya LN.

2. The second lvl 7 is stated to be outside of Orario and not in Orario also no, Syr is not the second lvl 7. Asterious is a monster or better to say a Xenos stated to be around lvl 7, so it doesnt make any sense to mention a monster to be lvl 7 at all because in the lower floors their will be more of lvl 7 monsters.

3. Revis is considered to be around lvl 7 and not stronger than lvl 7. Udeaus is the Monster Rex of Floor 37 and not floor 39. 

4. It is stated that Zeus is Bells grandfather and not Hermes. I dont even know were that come from and just to make it clear Bell is the ADOPTED grandson of Zeus, so he isnt a demigod or anything considered that.

5. SYR IS NOT GODDESS, SHE AS WELL IS NOT A SPIRIT. Syr is just a nomal human girl that met Freya when she was young and made a deal with her (we dont know what deal that is). Allen most likely treats her with respect because she is more than likely an important member in the freya familia (Allen as well has most likely a crush on her but that is just my speculation).

Ais said Revis was stronger than Ottar so that would put her at above level 7, of course that would also mean Ais herself is well beyond level 7 when she can use Avenger in conjunction with Ariel as she effectively crushed Revis.

Syr isn't a spy for Zeus or Hera, Freya would have none of that. She didn't want Bell to risk his life and maybe die was why she was anxious about him going on an adventurer. She probably didn't know about Ottar and the minotaur. 

Ais's quick growth is just the author ignoring his own rules.

Even tough i will sound like a hypocrite. I dont believe what Aiz stated about Revis strength just for the reason it is stupid and doesnt make any sense at all. I mean how in the hell could Aiz a low tier lvl 6 even with Ariel and Avenger defeat a supposed "Monster" that can be considered something like a lvl 8. It just doesnt make sense and wont make sense because of this i wrote considered to be a lvl 7 for revis even tough that as well is stretching. Seriously SO 12 was a horrible mistake like Episode of Freya or Main LN Vol 13-15 partwise Vol. 12 was.

Its like twhat the OPM Author did, i dont know if anyone watched the season 1 final of OPM, but later in a info book or whatever it was, it was stated that the last enemy of that final also Boros himself was a being that could destroy an entire Galaxy with his last attack. What he did in the anime and the manga was just melting parts of his won ship and that was it. If something is stated but it isnt backed up by showing us what something or someone can do i wont believe it.

Dragonball is the best example of showing us things that are stated even tough it sounds stupid. Freeza can destroy an entire planet ten time size of the earth (in his first form) yeah here is the feat in the show. Omori didnt showed us anything what ottar can do and i wont believe that statement of Aiz before i see what the lvl 7 of orario can do.

I look into your gripe about OPM. It comes from OPM Compus which came with the BD a special note book. It is literally supposed to be Genos's note book, that means none of the information in it is not definitive. It is Genos's views and intrepretations, which always paint Saitama in the best light. Also it say he can destroy a star not a galaxy.

In exposition in SO 4 it was explained that Ariel put Ais's stats in the same ball park as Ottar, and that the difference was in their respective skill and experience in this encounter. That is further confirmed in FC EF and when she shellacks Asterius when the other were struggling with him three on one, but again the difference of skill and experience was shown when Finn and Gareth handle Asterius with little trouble, though he had lost an arm by that point. Additionally Revis crushed Finn in just three hits in their last encounter.

While I do largely agree with you we still have to use the information available for speculation and understanding the story. Even if that information is not helping the story.

Ariel has always been shown to put Ais on a different level than everyone else in her familia so her ridiculous power is nothing new.

Thx for mentioning the name of the note book of OPM. Seriously i completly forgot what name it had. 

Even tough i know that Ariel is OP it still sounds unbelieveable in my opinion. Yes Aiz is the child of a Great Wind Spirit. Yes her magic is OP as hell. But the OPness of her skill needs limit and as it looks like it doesnt have really a limit expect mind usage. Avenger and Ariel shouldnt be that OP that she as a new low tier lvl 6 is able bypass two lvls because she has them. It still sounds unbelieveable stupid. I dont know if the Asterious "fight" can be taken as face value, i mean Asterious is a relatively "young" Xenos and he doesnt really have fighting experience, when he did had experience i think he would have crushed the Loki familia without a problem (basicly he has the same problem as bell in that regard). Ottar in the other end would have crushed Asterious into oblivion with his ridiculous stats and vast experience fighting monsters. I dont even why Ottar said that Aiz is better at killing monsters then him when he (also Ottar) has the hunting DA at rank E and Aiz has it at rank G. I think Omori is just contradicting himself with this informations and retconnig or reverting them would ruin everything, like he did with Bells character developement.
