The series hasn't explained how this happened yet, but it is somehow accurate.

Ais is the daughter of Albert, a hero who existed 1000 years ago. Ais laso has memories of being with him which confirmares that she was born that long ago. It is unknown how she time traveled and is still one of the mysteries that Oomori had not explained yet.

Adventures age more slowly the higher their level is so it is possible that Albert was a 1000 years old
