<p>Though I started watching this work knowing that it was placed in the ‘teenage boys’ section for a reason, I sometimes think that the author and illustrators spent too much effort on sexualizing female characters.
</p><p>Every time a new female character shows up, there’s at least two lines used for telling readers that their skin is flawless, how big/small her breast is, how slim her body is and how men would drool after her.
</p><p>This situation is worst with the Amazons, even the creature, Revis, gets a few lines about her body shape.
</p><p>This series can still function taking half of those descriptions away.
</p><p>And the next is their art design.
</p><p>Tiona wields a double ends sword longer than her own body and she doesn’t have any pecs or biceps?
Ais trains every day and her arms are as thin as Lefiya’s?
</p><p>Where are the muscles? Give us the muscles!

<p>Well, Mama Mia is muscular. For the other ladies, the falna takes care of their strength. As for descriptions being sexualized. . .yep. The name of the series is, "Is it alright to pick up girls in the dungeon?". So, caveat emptor.
</p><p>On the opposite gender, Finn is one of the strongest male characters and he has no obvious muscles. Ottar tho looks to be hitting the gym.

<p>Because muscles don't sell, otakus want their beautiful waifus. Don't expect muscular female characters from Oomori, look for other series instead </p>

<p>As we've pointed out thousands of times, "pick up girls" is a Yen Press thing and doesn't reflect the actual title. Characters being sexualized is simply because sex sells </p>
