As fan of the series i find a lot more insulting when the author put important events and informations in some of the "special short novel" bound to some special editions of the Light Novels released only in Japan or with the anime blue ray or with whatever other piece of media related to the franchise you need to buy, usually in Japanese only.

To be fair the backstories of the Loki Familia aren't really important, nor are the stories that'll be in DM15. You're not going to suddenly not understand the main story just because you don't read them. The light novels are obviously written for a Japanese audience, if you want to complain that the SS content isn't getting translated then do so to Yen Press and Sentai Filmworks

I agree that putting info in BD content isn't great, but putting info in a game also isn't either. The point wasn't its availability but rather that this major reveal was casually dropped in a game, it's unprofessional and "everyone else does it" doesn't justify it

To be fair at the moment neither Bell's parents or the anniversary events have so much importance for the main series, if and when they will, they will be included also in the normal story (Like they did with all volume 15 short-stories,).

Onestly i'm no sure if complain will solve something, the point i wanted to make was another:This series always some sort of "DLC problem" and i doubt it will ever end, so i don't intend to complain about the only ones that are free and easly availables even out of Japan.
