Did those happen at the same time? Or was it one consecutive series of events–ie Nightmare occurs, and then they check out the 27th Floor, and then the Juggernaut is spawned, etc. Or was the Juggernaut behind the Nightmare of the 27th?? I'm also very confused as to where the Corrupted Spirit factors into this.

The Nightmare on the 27th Floor and the Juggernaut that destroyed the Astraea Familia are different events separated by about one year. The Corrupted Spirit was not a inciting factor in either instance, though it did use the killed to create creatures, but it had nothing to do with the events themselves.
