The chances of Sword Oratoria getting another season are pretty much non existent with how poorly it performed, and given JC Staff execution of the Danmachi season two, there is no reason to think it would improve or be better. Frankly, I have about as much faith in JC Staff as I do in the author at this point.

For all the flaws that the anime adaption had, as far as I remember all of Bell's scenes from the light novels were there. While they certainly did no good with the overemphasized yuri elf idea, it did run into the problem of how to convey Ais's character when she has no visual or verbal cues and all of her feelings are narrative. Sword Oratoria was never a good fit for a visual adaption. The manga author did manage to find away around the problem but doing so has caused confusion for certain readers who have trouble understanding certain aspect that are changed to convey scenes and information visually that are not present in the original work.
