Bell is still only upper tier level 4 so I think he would be still quite weak servant. From upper level 5 to 6 and more would be more fit to classify as a servant I think. Any less would be slighty lacking still.
I can start this fun I guess from the easiest one.

Monster slayer: B(A++) - It raises Aiz statistics against those that can be considered a monster in her eyes(Kinda was hard to describe). Rank Rises to A++ when fighting those with dragon kind attribute.
Poison Resistance: B - when Aiz was alive she had 'abnormal resistance' skill. This skill protect her even against most dangerous poisions. And if there is a poison that would work on her, effects of this poision would be very weakened.
Spirit healing: C - thanks to falna, even as a servant she can supply herself with mana. While she might have a hard time to survive if her master would die, she has a chance to last alone but her fighting abilities would be rather weakned since she wouldn't be able to fight for too long without master supply of mana.
Protection from Arrows: B - (only active when Ariel is active as well, read noble phantasm). Thanks to her mother being great spirit of wind, Aiz also wields powerful wind when fighting. After activating her NP Ariel wind protects her from projectives and Protection from Arrows skill can be achieved only then.
Noble phantasm:
Ariel: B - anti-unit(self) - Aiz summons a great spirit wind and surrounds herself with it. When active strength, agility and endurance are strenghtened by huge margin. While active it also gives her limited ability to fly and a Protection from Arrows skill. Drains mana when used.
Lil Rafaga: B++ - anti-unit - Can be only used when Ariel is active. Ais surrounds herself with Ariel before lunging at her opponent.

I am wondering if I should also give Aiz a mana burst(wind) rank B when Ariel is active as well. What do you think? And I am making another one right now. This time also an easy one given that his version exist as a fate servant

He was commanding them and his words gave them hope and managed to stir them to act even in the most hopeless situations and thus Finn posses quite high charisma skill.
Tactics: B - Leading his familia all his life and conquering countless floors in the dungeon that was the most dangerous place in the whole world, Finn has a great tactician mind. In seconds he can make the best decisions to achive his goal and keep his subordinates alive.

Pallum Spirit: C - when he is meet with adversity his parameters rise.
Ail mac Midn: B+ - This skill provides Finn with high resistance against mental attacks and gains him a resistance against fire attacks.
Finten Finegas: C - when Finn decided to follow a path to restore his race to it's former glory, his thumb began throbbing in response. It's an 'intuition' or so to speak. It mostly warns Finn about the outcome of a decision he can make or of an incoming danger. When throbing Finn is put on guard. Thanks to that skill assassins attack are mostly ineffective against him.
Noble phantasm:
Fortia spear: B(anti-unit) - made by best members of Goibniu familia which was a great smith god, it's a truly a fine weapon. It was a famous weapon which a light of prums wielded in every battle. While the tip of the spear is made from the best type of ademantine, It's base is made from elanwood the supposed birthplace of the fiticous goddess Phiana and her knighthood.
Tir na Nog: A+(anti-army) - Finn throws a Fortia spear at his enemy. All of his power and magic power is focused in this one throw. It can only be used once per 24 hours but when throwed Fortia spear turns into very strong anti-army noble phantasm than annihilates everything in it's way.
Hell Finegas: A (anti-unit(self)) - After a very short chant all of Finn parameters are greatly reinforced. This skill also raises his desire to battle. It's effects are equal of mad enhancement rank A but Finn doesn't loose his mind like berserker when he uses it. Instead he is complelty focused on a single battle and thus while he is powerful in a one vs one combat, his Charisma and Tactics skills are sealed and he is completly unable to act as a leader when this noble phantasm is active. Finten Finegas also only warns him about danger about enemy he is cruently focused on when Hell Finegas is active, so he is an easy target on assassin attack.
Okay so what do you think? I merged some of his skills on this fate version and created a skill with thumb. I can do someone else maybe later
