Which level 7? oh you mean zeus level 7?
They died in the war against some dragon... which that village bell and Ais visited now worship. both zeus and hera's familiar. zeus had a level 7 and a level 8 but we don't know about the others, hera had level 9's but their names weren't mentioned unlike zeus that they at least the captain and the level 7
I'm guessing bell will have to fight that dragon one day maybe on his own probably he is at level 10
Because zeus was his adopted grandfather... but zeus and hera are not dead. their location wasn't mentioned. only their familiars are dead

Some say he was Knight of knight who was said to be able to keep Ottar in check but as Angelo once said, it hasn't really been stated that the "Knight of Knight" is the other level 7.
The author did say they have a character design for the knight of knight already and that the author is planning on them appearing in the future. They might be the other level 7 or they might not be. Who knows.
In my opinion though I think the other level 7 is a woman just because of my weird "royal family" theory thing

@Soulwarfare42 well they didn't really need him to keep ottar in check because there was a level 8 who was the captain of Zeus familiar and hera had level 9 even bell's aunt (alfia) was a level 7... so he was even among the top 5 then or probably even top 7 so he wasn't much of a threat. unlike now that they are all dead
Well Ais did mention something about meeting up to someone's expectations. putting it plainly bell is trying to surpass Ais but Ais is also trying to surpass someone else, I just felt it might something to do with that person
They haven't told us anything about bell's dad. we only know he was part of Zeus's familiar
