Some say he was Knight of knight who was said to be able to keep Ottar in check but as Angelo once said, it hasn't really been stated that the "Knight of Knight" is the other level 7.

The author did say they have a character design for the knight of knight already and that the author is planning on them appearing in the future. They might be the other level 7 or they might not be. Who knows.

In my opinion though I think the other level 7 is a woman just because of my weird "royal family" theory thing

@Soulwarfare42 well they didn't really need him to keep ottar in check because there was a level 8 who was the captain of Zeus familiar and hera had level 9 even bell's aunt (alfia) was a level 7... so he was even among the top 5 then or probably even top 7 so he wasn't much of a threat. unlike now that they are all dead

Well Ais did mention something about meeting up to someone's expectations. putting it plainly bell is trying to surpass Ais but Ais is also trying to surpass someone else, I just felt it might something to do with that person

They haven't told us anything about bell's dad. we only know he was part of Zeus's familiar

Keeping Ottar in check refers to the current Ottar, not 15 years ago. Ottar was definitely nowhere near being top 5 of Orario back when Zeus and Hera Familias still existed.

Ais doesn't want to meet someone's expectations she wants to save that person, her mother. And in order to do it she has to defeat the OEBD. So no, he goals have nothing to do with the Level 7.

About Bell's father, well, we also know he was a pervert, a coward and the weakest member of Zeus Familia, which would mean he was Level 4 unless Oomori forgot what he had said.
