@Soulwarfare42 well they didn't really need him to keep ottar in check because there was a level 8 who was the captain of Zeus familiar and hera had level 9 even bell's aunt (alfia) was a level 7... so he was even among the top 5 then or probably even top 7 so he wasn't much of a threat. unlike now that they are all dead
Well Ais did mention something about meeting up to someone's expectations. putting it plainly bell is trying to surpass Ais but Ais is also trying to surpass someone else, I just felt it might something to do with that person
They haven't told us anything about bell's dad. we only know he was part of Zeus's familiar

Keeping Ottar in check refers to the current Ottar, not 15 years ago. Ottar was definitely nowhere near being top 5 of Orario back when Zeus and Hera Familias still existed.
Ais doesn't want to meet someone's expectations she wants to save that person, her mother. And in order to do it she has to defeat the OEBD. So no, he goals have nothing to do with the Level 7.
About Bell's father, well, we also know he was a pervert, a coward and the weakest member of Zeus Familia, which would mean he was Level 4 unless Oomori forgot what he had said.

Hmm... really!, well there was that movie I didn't watch, cause I started late, so I missed a movie. Lol... I didn't know his dad was a pervert, I thought Zeus was the pervert because of everything bell said about joining a goddess's familiar and every other thing he learned it was Zeus that thought him. so I felt Zeus was the pervert
Actually, I'm comparing the Ottar of now. to do the other familiars that died... not the Ottar of 15 years ago... I'm just saying he isn't as strong as he seems even If he has the highest there might be a possibility of Ais being able to defeat him, or if bell and Ais combine

Zeus is indeed a prevert and the one who thought Bell everything you say. I just said he was a pervert as part of all the information we currently have of him.
Ottar is quite strong, it is just that recently the power scale grew too much. Also, Ais stand no chance against him. She has already clashed with him in two times and in both cases he easily overwhelm her despite the fact she was using Ariel and he wasn't even using his full raw power, nor magic or skills.
If Bell and Ais fought him together he would need to be at least Level 6 and Ais would basically be a supporter rather than actually fight along him.
Soulwarfare42 you say that the other level 7 can keep ottar under control that was said in the event the big day and is not canonical so does that count ??

@YOULIKEAMV The Knight of Knight isn't confirmed to be the other level 7.
Grand Day event in Danmemo is not canon but the things concerning world building is canon. Finn saying that the Knight of Knight could keep Ottar in check was when Ottar was lower level.
Ottar is level 7 now so unless the Knight of Knight is the other level 7 then he probably wouldn't be able to keep Ottar in check anymore.
The Knight of Knight themself is canon even though they were mentioned in a non canon game event. They will appear in the future according to the author.
