My opinion :
Aiz/Ais : her emotion still stunted/not too often let out her emotion to be revealed and she still too focused on revenge make she not too good.
Ryuu : she still prioritize/care syr feeling than her own to be confessed or revealed to bell
Hestia : still learn to make her own familia, too focused on bell, still using her position as goddess
Syr : Teasing and manipulative woman, her identity is mysterious until vol 16
Haruhime : still faint when see man naked upper body, not confident yet
Lili : still have her bad habbit from thieving day, petty about money
