@Nuanil you can't really consider something like that a kiss... Besides the reason why it was ruled out was because at that time, in the ms, Bell didn't know about the EVilus.
@Percyolimpo It hasn't occured/didn't occur it got cut completely and is still yet to come.
@Nuanil I didn't say it had, I said that what the author planned on doing couldn't be considered a kiss.
I am worried on the symbolism of the Hestia knife stuck on the floor, and discarded.
This weapon means much to Bell to simply leave it there shows a ill foreboding to the future of the Hestia Familia.
The public believes Gale Wind is dead. What if Ryu appears as someone similar to Gale Wind but different? Reminds me of how the Arrow was believed to be dead and then replaced with the Green Arrow.
@Percyolimpo I only have the line from the afterwords that Oomori wanted to include their first kiss Sword Oratoria but it was quashed by the editor. It was a rather generic remark. So I'm not sure what details you have seen that would allow you make a judgment on what kind of kiss or situation it was.
The kiss was going to be mouth to mouth resuscitation, not a true kiss.
The editor didn't tell Oomori he should not have the kiss, what he told him was having Bell participate with Ais in the initial foray into Knossos during the events of DM 7 was a plot hole and broke with the time line. Bell's first time learning of Knossos was in DM 10, which was written before SO 7.
I do know that if Ais kisses Bell in any form is enough to level him in a sarcastic manner.
