Realise Phrase in and after vol 17

So, I think that maybe, Realise Phrase is gonna have a major shock in the story.

First, there is the aspect that, very likely, the fact that the skill exists will leak. When you consider that, more than likely, Freya is going to kidnap Bell, and definitely succeed, there is no way that she won't take a look at his status. I mean, she already considers him as hers. And well, if she does see it... I'm not seeing her reacting well. Like, at all. That skill pretty much says that Bell is meant for Ais and that he grows stronger for her. That would be quite the slap in the face, especially when you consider that virtually everyone in the Freya familia grows stronger for Freya and she is constantly asking them to grow stronger for her. This would also probably reveal the immunity to charm to Freya and the entire Freya familia (can already see their pikachu faces). Freya may take some rash decisions because of this and it may lead to the information of the skill being revealed to Orario at some point.

Now, I've seen some people say that Realise Phrase was going to suffer some set back, mainly because of what Oomori said in an interview. I thought that probably the excuse was already done, with Hestia refusing to level Bell up, but... then I noticed the aspect of: vol 16 was out. In other words, Oomori probably meant that the excuse was still going to be used. And when taking into considerantion everything we know so far of this vol... I think Bell's feelings for Ais may suffer some damage. After all, Realise Phrase works on his feelings for Ais. So, really, the only way for Bell to actually stop grwoing stronger so fast is if his feelings suffer a major setback. Of course, this might seem like bad writting for Oomori's part, which he himself basically admitted to be, but then there is another aspect: this opens the door for another arc. We might get an arc on Bell and Ais's relationship. I mean, this is too good of an opportunity to miss.

I had some other things to say, but that is more fanfic than an actual theory, so I'll leave it out.

@Percyolimpo But, Freya does not currently have any reason to do that. All of her previous actions has made it seem as if she became more enthralled with Bell by not knowing everything.

It's possible that she could get frustrated will Bell not accepting her and that could make her want to know why and look at his status, but as of now there isn't really a reason unless if she succeeded in having him convert to her familia, which probably won't happen because Bell will not be able to switch families again for a full year if he switched families.

I doubt Oomori would just cut Hestia Familia out of Bell's life like that for the rest of the series. Oomori's previous interview said the series would end in one years time since Bell first came to Orario, so he would be with Freya's familia for the rest of the series if he converted in Volume 17.

Plus, He wouldn't be able ever use Hestia's Knife for the rest of the series, which could possibly be part of volume 17's cover's symposium, but I don't honestly think that Oomori would go through with cutting Hestia's familia from having an important part for the rest of the series.

@Percyolimpo I think it's only LN readers that hold a grudge against hestia since she took the most screen time in the danmachi anime. most hestia fans are anime-onlys.

@Kisaki Tosane Freya is against using her charm to get what she wants, yet in vol 16 she tried to charm Bell. And at the end of vol 16, it seems like she is tired of playing games altogether. Besides, in all her previous actions, Bell was still part of the Hestia familia. It wouldn't really make sense for her to have an adventurer in her familia which she didn't know the status.

What you are saying is supported in the idea that Freya is still 100% rational, which I think is pretty obvious is not the case. Freya considers him as hers, so even if Bell is still technically part of the Hestia familia, that won't mean much to her, otherwise, she wouldn't try to kidnap him.

I never said that Bell would be cut off from the Hestia familia. I'm saying there is no need for him to be fully converted to the Freya familia for Freya to consider him as hers and just looking at his status. I mean, Freya is clearly a yandere at this point.

Once again, I never said that he would get out of Hestia familia.

And a lot of hate comes from people that don't like her possessiveness over him when it comes to other women. The people who tend to get worked up about Bell ending up with their waifus especially. She can get annoying sometimes, but it's nothing to get worked up over and she does have some good scenes as well.

@Percyolimpo I admit it's possible she could do it if she loses her control of emotions, but if she thinks like she normally as she usually would, she wouldn't have a reason to look before forcing him to covert. Just have to wait and see.

@Kisaki Tosane I would say that trying to charm Bell into sleeping with her is quite indicative of mental instability. I mean, she was basically going to rape him.

But, yeah, let's wait and see.

@Sakayori I am LN reader and I think people are a little to hard on her. I mean... I've seen people saying she would be better of back in heaven. She is not the best character, but she is definetly not a bad one. I would say she is a good one with bad traits.

@Percyolimpo I'd say she's a good and useful goddess. but in terms of personality she's pretty childish especially if she doesn't get her way with bell, making the poor kid apologize for whatever.

Well as I know Japanese and anime only people love hestia. But many novel readers hate her
