I'm still curious though about the other Lvl 7 "Knight of knights" character.

He is strong enough to Lvl up to Lvl 7 outside of Orario where even leveling up to 4 or 3 is considered rare. Maybe he/she is the only one (besides Mia grand imo) who can stand toe-to-toe with him.

Did Omori mentioned anything about him appearing in the series or not?

It isnt specified that Knight of Knights got to level 7 outside of Orario, It just says he is currently outside Orario. He most likely got his current level in Orario and is now not in it.

The way I see it is this. Zald's potential peak was higher than Ottar's if he managed to eat something ridiculously powerful. Ottar can freely use beastification. If Zald had some Leviathan or Behemoth to chow down on beforehand, he'd win. Otherwise, he loses.

Maybe ox slayer can from ox like monsters to ox like enemies. So it works against ottar.

And if the states from escape go up, it works not just if he run away, but also if he is on the defensive. And the bonus is not just on agility but on all basic states.

No, Ox slayer will not work against Ottar just because he is a big, muscley enemy. It only works on Ox monsters(Minotaurs). And his escape ability explicitley states that it increases Bell's agility stat when escaping/running away

That's wrong. Ox Slayer works against all raging Bull-Type Monsters.

And we now:

1. Ais can't use Avenger against Revis on they're fight the first time. But after ottar tell Ais to see Revis as a monster it works.

2. Skills can develop (Vol. 1 or 2 I think )

3. Bell is good in create skills (Argonaut / or in Vol 7 Ishtar explain it)

So if I were Omori and Bell must fight against Ottar but is even with support still to weak...

Yes it works against all raging bull type but even then Ottar is a boar not a bull I really don't think this skill was made for Ottar but just his special relation with minotaurs

First, boars are not the same as a bull. A bull is a bovid while a boar is a suid. Thy are from different families. Second, the skill specifies that monsters of that type.

So even before questioning if boars and bulls are the same to know if the skill would work against certain enemy they should ask themselves if said enemy is a monster.

The answer is clearly no. So no, Ox Slayer would be useless against Ottar.

Escape specifically says that it increases the user's speed when running away. The name itself already makes clear what it is for. Not to say that only people who run away a lot are able to obtain it. If it really helped to increase speed when evading it would be easier to obtain and common among people with Bell's fighting style of hit and run, which would in turn make it not have as much of a bad reputation as it has. It could even be considered misnamed since it wouldn't be only to escape. But that is not the case.

The name says it, the explanation said it, and the requeriments made it clear as well. It is to escape and only for that, as useless as that may make it in a fight.

1. The reason Ais didn't use Avenger before was because she didn't thought of doing so, not because she couldn't. Avenger has an active trigger, which means that even if Ais is facing a monsters she has to consciously decide to use the skill in order for it to work. That Ais didn't saw Revis as a monster prevented her from using the skill in the sense that as she didn't thought of her as a monster she didn't consider the idea of using the skill against her.

2. Skills can develop in that they can appear at any given time. They haven't been outright stated to be able to evolve, at least as far as I remember. Now, we do have seen a skill "develop", Argonaut, but so far it was only that one and the only thing that increased was its capability (the max charge time), but it didn't develop another ability. Saying that Ox Slayer could develop in a way that allowed Bell to use it against Ottar has no basis.

3. What Ishtar said was that a soul as pure as his was rare, not that he could create skills like you say. If he was then he would have more skills.

Ox slayer only works on minotaurs as it was stated that it’s a slayer type skill. Meaning it can only be effective against one type of monster, and the OX is obvious, no need for debate.
