How strong would Bell be if he started out in Freya familia?

So with this he still gets all the same moves, at the same levels I.e. still get Firebolt but directly, rather than misplaced book, Liaris Freeze instead is aimed at Ottar as the one he aspires to be stronger than (with or without romance, your choice).

My thinking is Freya would see the skill and after talking to Ottar they push Bell in training until he made all his stats sss, he will then still 1v1 the minotaur, after level 2 he instead is taken by Ottar down into the dungeon each time after stat maxing to fight floor bosses or big boy fights as his achievements and gain his level ups, so by book 17 he could have already tag teamed Balor with Ottar and could theoretically be level 6 or 7. When level 7 him and Ottar push each other PvP until they are level 9 and 10 respectively and then tag team OEBD.

I disagree, if Bell met Freya first, he would have been charmed by Freya, she would be his only desire. And she loves him as he is. Ottarl (7) and all the other Freya level 6s would save him from any crazy life or death situations. So Argonaut would be gone, and liaris freese would be gone too. His need wouldn't be strong enough to create the three rare traits he has. (Lucky skill would probably be gone too) also, Freya would probably partially abandon him before he could get anywhere near as strong as he is now, but the long way, because by charming him, she would most likely destroy the color of his soul by changing his drives. She would desperately try to change him back, and then in petulance and anger at "her loss" (because let's face it, she only cares about herself) she would drop him on the streets, much like Anya.

Ah yes, but I mean following with the constraints given to the topic, you are presuming that Freya would charm him but as one of her Familia there would be no need to charm as he would already be hers. Freya uses her charm to get what she wants/needs not what she already has. As I had said he still gets the same skills at same levels the question is with the training they can offer and the chance to reach deeper into the dungeon from the get go, how much time is lost for him not even knowing the basics of how to fight? getting lost in the dungeon? Surely starting out in a stronger Familia has advantages else why would people join other than a bigger room. Loki and Freya are not the strongest out of luck. How many level 6's in the city? how many of these belong to Loki or Freya?

Well..... Freya pretty much admits to charming people as matter of course. She only didn't charm Bell because she saw him first..... Another way. Just in case people aren't caught up I won't say anything else. Apparently the beauty and love goddesses kinda do it without much thought. However,

Since your question wasn't whether he would still get all the same skills and be as strong, which is what I thought you were asking.... So my bad, but rather, if he still had all the advantages he got from being in a tiny familia and constantly being in life and death situations with no one to rely on, and also got all the advantages of being in the strongest familia at the same time........

Bell would be WAAAAYYYYYY stronger by this point.
