Astrea Records was canon dude.

I don't think this will be canon but it does put an interesting take on Gods and Goddess. They take on different personality perhaps in different cultures.

To be honest, I'm totally fine with it. It's non-canon for one and even the canon information isn't important to the overall plot of Danmachi since this is a story about the gods and Hestia explicitly says this isn't a Familia Myth. Since Danmachi is mainly a story about the children it's just a story we can just enjoy without worrying about the problems brings to the story like last year's AR. Thankfully Omori learned his lesson about making canon events.

And my main problem is that this is a question a lot of people have and the answer is being shown in a medium where people don't look for answer, since they won't expect relevant info of the story (even if it doesn't affect the story) being revealed in a game instead of the original medium: the books.

I don't understand how you came to this, SO and Familia Chronicles do have important information about the setting of Orario and the characters who appear in the story and their motivations and how it affects them and the plot. A story about the Gods does have lore but none of it is relevant and it doesn't expand our information about the current happenings in Danmachi like SO does. This isn't like AR where the information from the past directly affected the plot and characters of the current Danmachi. Most importantly SO and FC are canon and Aedes Vesta is not. It doesn't fit the timeline after all.

Very interesting considering I doubt many people have even bothered considering this before it was revealed in the 4th Anni. The reason for them not using their Arcanum due to their boredom and respect for the world wasn't really doubted by anyone before now. So saying this is an question that many people have sounds pretty wrong here considering a hidden reason has literally just been revealed to us. Omori's been adding small lore drops in every Anni even before the 3rd one, so I don't know how no one expected this. At least it's not a disaster like last year.

@Gold Shadows so does Astrea Records (I was mainly referring to Astrea Records). And info on why Gods don't act in the lower world is something that I've always wanted to know and that I do believe would affect the story, even if it is just the point of view of things.

I was completely shocked & surprised from Hestia transforming to Vestas to her family losing there abilities to even ARTEMIS returning that was an amazing I can't wait to see how it all ends
