Sam, whether you except it or not your comment did imply what Percy interpreted. That my not have been your intention but that is not really relevant, as the comment basically equates to, "they are more capable now, but by the time of the time of the wargame they may not be."

So factoring that eatch time bell has leveled up his skills have all been at the s level if not higher when they have confirmed most people try to level up at the c level just couse it's easier bell can most likely match if not over power someone a level ahead of him but up till he meets the smart monsters he has pretty much been been useong pure power to get through it's why he hasn't really been able to match the sword princesses in there sparking he keeps changing his styal she dosent he should have learned enuff of her skills for her to have to fight for real, but now he's adding tactical thinking to his brute strength it making him more dangerous so it really will come down to what type of person ice is if they are like otta or fin where they hold off fighting unless the monster is really powerful or there teammates are in trouble iteans his experience might tip it in his favor especially sense bell dosent fight people often his fighting styal is based more around reacting to monster attacks it's why Apollo's Capt beats the crude out of him in there frist fight sense there family makes most of there money from war games he know how to fight people
