Honestly, I think ( and assume it is not only me ) that Oomori has run himself into a corner story-wise and now does not know how to get out of it + made a huge number of plot-holes or bad moves, e.g. that there could be high-level adventurers outside Orario, or that now every second character has an ability to overcome the difference in levels, even if it was said to be impossible at the beginning of the story...

Also he is thinking about the war game's prize.
