Bell has two good reasons of winning war game. First if the war game is hide and seek, Bell will probably have Luck at F status when he levels to 5. Bell has always been lucky finding hard to get items in the dungeon. Its always dumb luck for him, so finding Freya first will win the war game.
Secondly, Bell has shown he can use his skill and increased his status and strength when he faught the juggernaut. He did this by thinking of Asterius, and how he must get stronger to beat Asterius. He can do the same thing with Ottar and his skills will increase exponentially.
