I’ll try to see if I can create an adaptation differences page link where the Synopsis link usually is on most volume pages unless if you want to.

That would both be more accessible and easy for users on here to find or edit.

I’ll try to go through some of the comments, but this volume does seem to have a lot of LN original scenes, so peoples comments are most likely going to be endless.

I might just wait until I finish the volume myself before reading everyone’s comments and organizing everything, but I should be able to finish the volume by Tuesday and hopefully go through things soon.

I’m translating two of the SSs now and will post it soon. So I’ll try to edit some stuff after that, and then read more of the book after I do this a bit.

If we make that page, I’ll just delete the blog since it will become irrelevant.

Based on what you have read so far, do you think each volume should have its own "differences page"? I was thinking that if it was an independent page it would be a collection of the three volumes, but if there is too much new content it may be better to indeed make one for each volume.

I also wonder now if we should even do synopsis pages. We have included synopsis for pieces of adaptations (manga chapters and anime episodes) but I wonder if doing so wouldn’t render the "changes page" mostly useless. And viceversa.

I haven't read a lot of the book yet, but I skimmed through some parts and it looks like it probably is quite a bit longer. There is new characters and even some fight scenes that was never in the event. Not to mention Oomori re-thought some of the characters levels and made changes for the Light Novels and stuff.

Too be honest we probably should just do a synopsis, but my schedule is way too busy to do a synopsis for every new volume coming up.

I also think some people would like to just skim like to read about the new parts rather than reading an entire synopsis since the event is on YouTube and Danmemo already for so long.

If anyone else wants to write a synopsis they can though. I'll consider writing them, but if I do write them, I probably will have to skim over a lot of the unchanged content. Although it would still summarize the volume. It would have to be shorter than FCEF, Vol. 16, and vol. 17.

What do you guys think would be best?

I'm still planning to write a normal synopsis on vol. 18 on release as always. Only reason I was considering not writing Astraea Records synopsises is because people can already watch the event online easily in English.

Considering what you said I think it is indeed better to make both synopsis and differences pages.

We can go for now with only differences pages though. No pressure to make an entire synopsis. Just do it if you want to.

That said, if you do ever make them it would be better to just copy paste the synopsis from the event's page and insert summaries of the new parts where they correspond. To not put yourself an unnecessary extra charge of making it from scratch.

I think it's good that there have been levels 6 and 7 in families other than Zeus and Hera, if everyone has access to the same dungeon, everyone should have the same opportunity to progress.

It has always seemed strange to me that all the first class adventurers are in a few families, it is true that there will always be some better than others, but the gigantic superiority of the families of Freya and Loki over the rest is due to plot convenience because others could do the same as them to get stronger and level up. An example of this was the Astraea family, with only 5 years since its founding, it was about to obtain several level 5s if they hadn't been killed. So there is no good explanation of why some progress and others not in current times if they have the same means.

Obviously the plot couldn't unfold naturally if first-class adventurers were omnipresent, in any shonen power is reserved for the main characters and their antagonists (that's the convenience of the plot), but my point is that the existence of other levels 6 and 7 during the hegemonic period of the Zeus and Hera families does not contradict any rules because they could have been strengthened in the same way that the 2 main families did.

Honestly, I've always thought it would be nice if there were other families that could rival the Loki and Freya families and this precedent shows us that it would be possible. However, since Omori did not go this way in time, I admit that he would have to resort to plot convenience to do so now. What a pity!

I meant it doesn’t make sense in that the presence of Level 6s and 7s in other familias in the past further contradicts the claim of this generation being the best.

current generation have multiple level6s too and the veterans 6s should be level7s in coming volumes.

i think the idea is to have loki and freya catch up to those old familia .. surpassing is them probably not gonna happen

but i guess thats why he given us Haruhime!

as a side question what you think about Ryuu's level 3 stats??
