Genos angelos is rather short chant in comparison to riveria's strongest spells i guess but still more powerful but my reasoning is that sanatias verion can be spammed.

Rea Laevateinn. If the anime adaptation of SO did nothing else, it gave us the scene of Riveria casting that spell and it's beyond epic.

I've always loved the concept of gravity manipulation so Mikoto's gravity magic I think is pretty cool.

It's Hati. The skill is insanely strong as described in the novel, fitting with the length of the chant. There is no limit to the strength of the spell so it has a lot of potentials. The spell eats all kinds of magic as it drains away Valetta's debuff magic, so if a hundred adventurers or more spam buff or debuff on Bete, he will be fine while his magic power goes off the chart. The manga artist also draws it beautifully, so I really recommend checking out the SO manga.
