So can someone give me a clear answer about how strong Bell Cranel is? Will he be able to defeat the Dis Sisters alone (or with a fight like in volume 18 from his Master Hedin). Or will he be able to fight and win at least 5/10 fights against the first class of the Freya family 1 on 1 (except for the Gulivers, they are 4 and OTTAR DOESN'T COUNT). Well, or at least Loki's last name is one of the Amazons, ice without wind and bete without brutality can defeat at least 5/10 of the battles? Or is he a useless weakling even with such top characteristics?

he wouldn't be able to defeat anyone from Level 6 and above. Neither are the Dis sisters. in fact, I have doubts whether he can defeat Tsubaki

he wouldn't lose a single fight to Van if it mattered. Tsubaki is known for having defeated Level 5 at Level 4 (how strong the spirit warriors actually are is anyone's guess, but six were enough to actually be the winners in a battle against Miya without Basram's actual control). And at Level 5, as stated, she is capable of giving battle to any leader of the LF, each of whom was already Level 6 at that time. Bell obviously can't use Argonaut, and his magic is already known throughout the city. Stats? throughout the series we are told not to rely on them. in Bell's case, even Level 6 stats would not give him a guaranteed victory over Tsubaki. I'm still considering Tsubaki without the magic sword.

He was emotionally unstable at that point. As we know, after his encounter with Ais, he performed much better against Hedin (before he was easily beaten, but then he was able to inflict a scratch). Bell can use Argonaut even against stronger opponents thanks to tactics, such as in the battle with Juggernaut. You don't have to charge him fully, boosting his jerk or increasing the power of his magic will be enough to severely weaken Tsubaki and deal unexpected blows. Of course, everyone knows about his magic, but what does that change? All he has to do is stretch out his arm and quickly cast his spell and he can do it constantly at any point in the fight.
