If Bell traveled through time, what would the falna look like?

If Bell traveled through time and stopped before hestia was descended, would the falna lose its effect and the statuses go back to before he had falna like what happens with gods who return to tenkai or would it gradually lose its effect? and also if bell goes back in time just before hestia introduced him as a member??

Based on what happened in the story The Jester who Traveled Across Time, he would keep it without suffering any problem. Then again, that thing was basically a fanfic by the author, so who knows how reliable it is for that aspect.

Falna is a issue before Gods descended if I am correct the Spirits were present so adventurers were not given this power.
