In what chapter did Freya find out that Bell announced the limitations of his abilities (that is, 999+ characteristics). Where is this mentioned and what kind of reaction did she have?
Whilst it's not stated that Freya knows about Bell going beyond 999.
If she were to find out about it, that would have come from LN17 when she read Eina's Diary. She kept notes on Bell. She would have also discovered Liaris Freese either via Eina's Diary or when she updated his stats.
Freya knows of his ability to go past the S999 limit because throughout DM17 she was the one who updated his status, and as you can see by his status sheet of the volume, Bell had already reached SS and SSS at least on the last update she did to him.
The reason she could update his status was because she used an ilegal item similar to Status Thief.
