Clarifying question about Bell statistics at level 5

The statistics that we now know are the statistics that Hestia updated during the war game in the middle of the battle with the Ottar. So we haven’t seen Bell’s final statistics after the war game yet (the one after the “Victory over Ottar” and running away from Allen)? Do I understand everything correctly? If so, what range do you think he will have it in?

Since we are unaware of his previous wargame stats, The accuracy of Bell's stats is questionable atm.

It has been estimated that Bell is actually a few hundred points stronger than what his hidden stats suggest, placing his agility for example around 1800 or even 1900 in extra stats (the extra being anything exceeding a 1000+ per level) and placing Bell in the level 6 range when combined with his current level 5 stats.

Essentially, Bell is the current strongest level 5. Only Shakti and Tsubaki could probably fight him 1 on 1 but would no doubt be outmaneuvered. I wouldn't really include the Gulliver's for the fact that they shine when it comes to their teamwork but are most likely weak in 1 on 1 battles. Any other fresh level 5s are easily outmatched.
