The minotaur couldn't have been a pseudo level 3 because Bell wouldn't have stood a chance against it in that case. But then, does this mean that having stats of +1700 doesn't equate to leveling up in that stat? How much does a stat have to go up to break the level gap? The system seems more and more unintelligible.

Although, well, if it was published before volume 2, it would be when the series was just starting, so it could be taken with caution and not given too much importance.

The campaign was started with the release of volume 2, but the cards do not correspond to it. This kind of thing sometimes take time. DanMachi had something similar with a campaign for the release of some manga volumes. It was announced on December 2021 and the prize wasn't meant to be given until March 2022 (though due to complications it delayed until July).

I do not know exactly when this prize was given, but it seems to have been around or after the release of volume 3. This card, for example, uses an image from volume 3. The set also included promotional material for the then-upcoming volume 4.

Also, just to be clear, these are also the stats of Minotaur as a specie, not a specimen in specific. It would still apply to the one Bell fought though, since Ottar only intended on teaching it how to use a sword, not physically strengthening it.

Honestly, the falna system is too confusing to make some sense out of. Minotaurs are said to be one of the most powerful monsters in the Middle Floors and known for both their strength and resilience. So personally, I take this card as that a Minotaur is equal to a Level 2 with a 980 Strength stat and a 700 Endurance stat.

But really, it is up to each one's way interpretation. I just share it because it was really interesting for me, so I thought it may be the case for others too.
