She was a high level 3, she rank up after an off-screen training a little after her defeat against Bell.
All her stats during MS 10 were at I so unless she gets the Lefiya treatment no further rank up would be possible during the story. As for Asfi by luck Bell has still to repaid Aisha's Favor during the Ryuu Arc by joining Hermes Familia expedition.
Yeah I remembered Aisha being the same level as Bell during their fight in Volume 7, but only her Lv 4 stats were posted, so wasn't sure if I just completely misconstrued that or not. So she's not getting another level up.
I'm pretty sure that we will see every character get 1 Level up by story's end, so everyone who hasn't gotten a level up since before the start of Volume 1 will get one, and everyone who has won't get another (with Bell, Ryuu, and potentially Ais being the only exceptions to get multiple).
Animated: Nina @ Hestia Familia: Hopefully this will be something better than just annoying jealousy scenes because Nina is in love with Bell and they only focus on that when they receive her. It would be better to focus on professional socialization with the family and field adventures to learn how to work together.
Melonbooks: Syr and Idunn: I don't think this is going to be something extremely interesting but it doesn't hurt to know Syr's new approaches regarding the search for her Odr with the person who embarked her on said search. Also if Syr shows a truly contrite attitude for her bad actions it would help improve her perception with fans who still despise her.
Bookwalker: Ryu, Asfi and Aisha: This trio has worked together in different adventures, even in DanMemo and I personally like it; Of course, now that Ryuu is level 6 it becomes more complicated to maintain it for practical purposes (2 levels of difference is a lot), but it could serve for a closer collaboration between the Hestia and Hermes families, both parties would benefit from it.
Gamers: Leon and Ottar: By far I find this the most interesting thing about these SS, and not only to know who is stronger than who, which has been the most recurrent doubt in this regard, but I have other more interesting questions, for example how did Leon get to level 7? How has he gotten stronger living far from Orario and therefore without the dungeon? And most importantly, how do they plan to get to level 8? Truth be told I see it as very complicated due to lack of options. As long as some of these issues are addressed I'll be satisfied.
The dynamic between Ryu, Asfi and Aisha was good especially during the fight against Filvis because they were pretty much equals at the time. But now that Ryu is Lv6 and an official member of one of the top familias in Orario, it now looks more like Ryu is the one leading the group with Asfi and Aisha supporting her. Asfi and Aisha need to rank up to Lv5 so that even if Ryu is still much stronger they could look like equals when they are all first tier adventurers.
Asfi is one thing but Aisha can not level up to 5 anymore.
But Aisha has still the possibility of getting a powerful skill that will reduce the power gap, it wouldn't be the 1st time we see skill give a 1 level boost.
The relationship between Asfi and Ryuu has always been one of the most interesting to me because it feels like she is one of the very few people Asfi genuinely cares about. We see how aloof and closed off she is most of the time, following the "bigger picture" perspective of Hermes, but there are many times we see her go out of her way to help or listen to Ryuu. Even in volume 18, very much paraphrasing, she says to Hermes something to the effect of "It's not like I particuarly care what happens to the others, I'm just worried for Lion's sake." So I wonder if there's something else there that happened that got the emotionally detached girl to feel that way, or if it's just Ryuu's natural charm, the same way that got Syr/Freya to like her.
Aisha could level up once again, yes, there is a rule that says you can't level up in less than a year but this is Omori we're talking about, his rules are written in sand not stone.
What would leveling up in less than a year be compared to a double level? Or what would achieving it be compared to a narrative "Liaris Freese" like the one given to Lefiya?... No shit.
So whether or not Aisha will be able to level up to 5 will depend on how much sympathy Omori has for the character, not on any rules that may have been in place in the past.
She fought alongside Lefiya against Filvis, if we ever learn how much she won because of this and it's comparable to what Lefiya won, then yes, Aisha also enjoys favoritism.
Why am I being convinced that Aisha might level up again? Well, even if she doesn't, I'm kinda curious what does her stat look like now. She has been repeatedly fought opponents stronger than her ever since she reached level 4. Asterious, Bete, Moss Huge, Amphisbaena, Filvis, Gulliver brothers. It's actually pretty insane thinking about it.
About the one year rule Leinad was talking about, it's actually because Ais leveling up in one year being the record, so we kinda assume no one besides Bell can do better than that. But yeah, I couldn't care less about her record anymore. Not only because of Omori breaking the powerscale, but people like Aisha and Hestia Familia who has been through a lot deserved better. They were certainly in much more dangerous situations and performed unexpectedly well to pull through (plot helping them as well ofc), compared young Ais having Loki trio babysitting her almost every time in the past.
What do you think?
