If I remember correctly Omori (Author) said that he did not want White to be the strongest adventurer. This is true? Or will there still be a sharp jump of 3-4 levels in 4 months?

Do you think there should be a death from the main cast. One thing I noticed is that obviously the other familias get killed but none of the hestia familia. Or of their allies like miack or the other guy. Do you think someone should die next season or the following?

1. Do you think royman is annoyed at hestia always getting the wind

2. Do you think someday royman will torn on hestia familia

3. Do you think another familia will try to touch hestia familia or they are become a sort of boogie man if you touch them you will hurt pretty badly

4. Do you think another familia war could happen on hestia familia side

5. Lasty will loki familia bring hestia + freya familia on their adventure on the dungeon

I was just rewatching the latest season of the anime and it got me wondering. Does Welf ever make more of those unbreakable magic weapons for members of the Hestia Familia? Also, do they appear during the War Game in volume 18 of the light novel?

The tactical value of these swords in a situation like the War Game would be a pretty big because it would give someone that can usually only play a support role with healing magic a powerful trump card to play if they were ever cornered. Most people would expect a healer to be capable of performing a powerful attack.

Honestly, a small dagger version would have been prefect for Haruhime. It would be easy to conceal and if she was ever in trouble then you could use it to defend herself without really knowing how to fight as long as you has the magic power for it.

I personally want it to be like this, because I see it as impossible for Bell, with his level 5 status and level 6 power, to continue growing alongside level 2~3 teammates that he would have to protect in the right scenarios for him.

It's a simple logic, Ais, who is the co-star, belongs to the current strongest family, whose power keeps increasing to allow Ais to fight in the 60 floors and continue her growth. This need for Ais to have a strong family is exactly the same as Bell's, no matter that Bell has a fast growing ability, if he doesn't fight in scenarios commensurate with his level/power, Liaris Freese will be of little use to him.

In that sense, I think that the new members should be able to keep up with Bell at least until he is a level 6, in other words, the new members should only be first class adventurers or be close to be it. Although they could also admit those who are second class but have special abilities.

The most common negative that I have seen to this proposal is that if new and more prominent members are joined, the leading roles of Bell's current teammates would be lost. My answer to this is that yes, their great role would undoubtedly be reduced, but this one wouldn't go away because they mainly do support work and it's something they can continue to do even if there are strong new members.

It's a matter of taste, but I think that the price that plot coherence is paying for Bell's current team to continue to be the protagonist is too high, for example: how is it possible that Welf could have defeated Allen? Ok, a Crozzo magic sword has the power to defeat a level 6, but how could Welf carry out his sneak attack on Allen without him noticing? And why couldn't Allen evade it if he's the fastest in town? another problem, why did Hogni end up exhausted after defeating Daphne? besides, how could Naaza hinder Bringar's movements with her arrows? if due to the level gap, at most she could follow their movements with her eyes but not with her hands and finally, how could Mikoto catch and hold the Bringar in her magic and even defeat one of them? Tons of plot armor so that the current Bell team has a leading role.

If you are very tolerant of the abuse of plot armor you will probably disagree with me about the need to improve the Hestia family with new strong members, but if you don't like this abuse either, we can share ideas.

I bring up this debate because before volume 18, the real possibilities of improvement of the Hestia family were very little, being the plot armor almost the only available alternative, however, with the dissolution of the Freya family new alternatives have been opened real that in my opinion the Hestia family should take advantage of and therein lies the debate.

Regarding who I want to join the family:

Mainly Ryuu, and in regards to former Freya members: Hogni, Heith, Horn and Hedin (only if he is willing to become a compassionate person like any Hestia member should be).

With these new members added to the current ones, Bell would have the wherewithal to become a level 6, in a level 7 maybe not, but in a level 6 for sure.

Other possible former members of Freya would be Vanir and his team, they would not be essential, but they would not be superfluous either.

And finally: I would also like Lidari, Uskari and Talvi, too bad they are not canon, Imao.

PS: Please, if you are going to suggest some new members, make sure they are a valid option to keep the discussion in serious terms, for example, it would be ridiculous to suggest Ais, no one from the Loki family is available for obvious reasons.

Tbh I think she will. But If she does, will she become a level 5 when her status is updated? She was already one of the strongest lv4 adventurers before decimating the Rudra Familia so at that point her stats were already high and would be higher after said killing. Then if you add what happened in her arc aka surviving and killing the Juggernaut while being on the brink of death as her grand feat you a really high posibility of her leveling up, if the status gets updated that is.

Haruhime & Bete This one is more for fun then a serious pairing as I can imagine the funny dynamic between the two.

Hello guys, so I just came up with a big revelation, and it is that I think the next arc of DanMachi (after Freya Familia's arc) will be about Haruhime. Though I doubt that as was the first one to notice this.

Now hear me out, there has been some sort of hints with the familia chronicles, because we got Ryuu's and then the juggernut, then Freya's, and now we have the Freya Familia arc (and I doubt this is a coincidence). And we know that the next one will be about Haruhime since it will talk about the story of a fox girl from the far east. And the main cast will be involved, so it's pretty obvious to me that it will be about Haruhime.

Ok now, what would it talk about? Well, I have some theories, the most clear to me is that Haruhime's father will probably want her back and why after he banished her you mas ask? Well, maybe he just feels guilty and wants her daughter back, or we know that the pallum that framed her had escaped, and maybe he went back and told her father the truth. Or maybe her father found out somehow she was framed, but it was too late, and they never found Haruhime and probably thought that she was dead. That is until hehehe, a certain war game would happen, and it will be so grand that word would spread all the way to the far east. And in that information there would be about a certain renart with incredible magic and that looks just like Haruhime (so much for keeping her magic a secret. Well it's not like it's still a secret since some Loki Familia members and other people know, and I think that no one will try to mess with Hestia Familia for that since Bell will be Level Five by then. OMG time flies, he's about to reach Aiz when he first, met her).

Anyway, the thing is probably her father will go to Orario for her, or request her to come back to the far east. Though I wish it was the latter because I would love to see more of the world outside Orario. It's the perfect excuse if you ask me, and who knows that adventures awaits them on that journey (and I think Aisha will go as well). And hopefully this will be the arc in which Haruhime will find out she's still a virgin, I mean if was Haruhime I would like to know the truth, especially since being a "prostitute" left her with a very dirty mind, and maybe this will help with that.

Anyway, I am 80% sure something like this will happen. Something that a wish they changed, is that Haruhime stops being so dependable on the others in the dungeon. I mean, we know she's trying her best in volume 15, but I still want her to look "cooler" like she could use something like Fels' gloves that use mind to attack or Welf could make her a special sword or something. And it would be perfect since those are distance attacks, which I think Haruhime might be better than close range fights. I mean it would be cool like if she could do come blasts through a special item like the blasts of the Scarlet Witch you know (from Marvel, so don't go searching for a Scarlet Witch in DanMachi hahaha).

So now guys, I would love to hear your opinion if you agree with me, or you don't at all, every opinion is valid, all be reading ya ;)

Seriously, I couldn't find any information on this topic. And it frustrates me because now we will never have the story arc of the confrontation with the family of Apollo. Anyone know what happened with the first mangaka? Nobody ?

It is possible for ais to be sacrificed for maquia or I or bell should kill ais in the battle against OEBD or the last boss in dungeon.

He must choose the life of the world fate and the people lived in there or choose ais life than them, just like omori said in the movie interview about the Artemis scene.

Just one choice between those choice bell should decide on. As the world hero that everyone waiting for or just for one girl hero.

Ais will be sacrificed for the world and God's or she will become just like berserk mode because she lost her mother

Bell could decide to kill her, save her but let the world destroyed, or find the third choice.

Okay, we know that a lot of people will want to get revenge against the Freya Familia for what Freya did and I believe that Freya said that she would let Hestia make the rules for this.

Given that, how do you think that this will be handled?

I do not think that they can just have one big brawl to decide everything as that would get way too messy and where would they hold it. Plus, we have Ottar to worry about.

If Hestia is smart then she would prohibit Ottar from taking part in the War Game as it would give the Freya Familia to much of an unfair advantage.

As much as I would like to see how Bell and the Level 6 adventurers from the Loki familia would fare against him, I think that it is too early for Bell to fight him even with help.

As for the format, I think that it might be interesting if for this War Game, each side would have a team of fighters which both sides having the same number of fighters assigned to it by its leader. Let's say that each team is made up of thirty-two people.

Then from there the War Game could take place in the coliseum and be a series of one on one fights between the two sides. Whoever loses the fight cannot continue while the winner moves on and keeps fighting with the winner of the War Game being decided by whichever team still has a fighter in it at the end.

Now the fighters could be paired together through random lots or each team gets to decide who they will send out to fight next, if they lose. Either way does not matter to me but the second option would be interesting as it would require more strategic thinking from both sides.

Well, those are my thoughts on the matter. Does anyone else have any thoughts on what they war game might be like or any rules that might be employed?

The concept is very simple. If the author decided to make a series of short what-if stories what what-if story would you most like to see.

For me, I would like to see a what-if the Hestia familia and the Loki familia teamed up on an expedition. I just want to read about the interaction between Bell and Ais and what Riveria, Gareth, and Finn think about it.

Why is everyone presuming that the wargame is going to be anything like previous Hestia familia against apollo match?

Am I missing something where this is a fact?

I thought when wargames were officially announced all the gods have a meeting where some gods make a suggestion, they all get jumbled up and one is picked at random. Doesnt sound likely to have exactly the same conditions as previous one so why does everyone presume it will? oh this person vs this one blah blah. The wargame could be literally anything including a race down to level 60 of the dungeon quickest wins, or first to collect a unicorn horn, might even be some joker (looking at you loki) suggests first to kill oebd....

Secound for who think, war game about hestia vs freya familia. Its possiblity is low. A goddes who charmed evryone will get attacked by rebels(charmed-orario cizitans and adventures also gods and goddes.*). She will be send to tensei ig imidiently cuz she broke the rule. No war games. However there is a change of loki familia vs freya familia in normal fighting between familias like freya vs ishtar familia. It was not legal(idk what to say*) like "war game", that is legaly fight beetween familias. Thats all ƪ(‾ε‾“)ʃ . Stay safe and have good days. Talking in this site is awsome and makes me happy. I saw that someone said the arcs that are left are rest of Freya arc, Ais arc, and OEBD arc. Now I don't know if he was just talking about MAJOR arcs that are left or overall arcs that are left.

I know that people think there will be an arc where Bell will defeat Asterius, but to be honest for the OEBD arc I think they will need Asterius for that fight. So the author might have to a sequel series that only is about going to the deepest part of the dungeon. That can be when Bell needs a level up and to do that he will have to defeat Asterius.

I also wonder if that comment about these being the last arcs are true because I don't think we will have an arc about exploring the deepest parts of the dungeon until a sequel series. Why? While I don't know all the knowledge in the world about Zeus and Hera familia but they didn't even go to the deepest depths of the dungeon and instead tried doing the 3 great quest while they where still around. That makes me wonder if the Loki, Hestia, Frey familias will do the same thing instead and try to defeat the OEBD before finishing the dungeon floors.

Unless they start to go deeper into the dungeon floors during Ais arc which I think her arc will be mostly an expedition with the Hestia familia. Her arc will consist of going in depth on her past and Bell trying to fix Ais mental state (which will need to happen if she wants to truly defeat the OEBD). The only way Bell will fix that probably is to become her hero and I think that also could happen fighting extremely difficult enemies with the Loki familia on an expedition in the deepest floors. I don't think Bell would become her hero during the OEBD arc because I think Ais and Bell will be on the same level and have the same motivation to defeat the dragon during that arc. It also would resemble Ais parents than, because Albert was already Arias hero before the fight with the OEBD.

Ais arc would lead into the OEBD arc, since Bell will now know Ais past and will want to make sure her dream comes true to defeat the OEBD. Bell also might know more about his past at this point too. Both Ais and Bell actually have extremely similar backgrounds, Both of Bells parents respected familias where wiped out by the dragon same as Ais and both where orphans at a very young age thanks to the dragon. But the difference is Ais parents where the strongest of there time and Bells parents where the weakest for there respected familas. I think this shared connection and probablythey will lose some important figures in there lives during the OEBD fight. This will push these two to another level and defeat the dragon by landing the final blow together.

With these arcs and assuming they take up 3-4 volumes each (3-4 volumes because these two arcs are the most important arcs of the entire series)...that still only puts us up to 24-26 volumes and I swear I saw somewhere that the author wants to do 30 volumes. What are some peoples thoughts on what is left for arcs and how do you think they will go?

Well I will be talking about Bells character and its progression of it (not detailed).

We all know that Bell is an idiotic, naive and inoccent "character". Bell started like this which is absoloutly fine but he didnt Develope and that at all. Bell didnt have any development in the earlier Vols which is not bad because we need to first know how he is. This problem gets worse as the series continues.

Bell didnt have any development in Vol 6-8. His home is destroyed, he was injured and even was framed for something he didnt do (hurting Luan). He almost even loss a body part if Naaza didnt rescue him. The entire point of prostitutes ruin heroes is ruined because Omori backs out at the end by stating Haru is a virgin. Bells entire struggle and inner thoughts where wasted and didnt have any meaning which as well ruins his development there.

Vol 8 is entirely pointless for Bell because nothing that was stated there actually never mattered and Vol 17 is proof of this.

The entire Xenos arc is pointless because Bell doesnt develope or get any kind of lasting consequences for working together and rescuing monsters. The entirety of Orario forget that Bell actually helped monsters with no reason. The entire hate and animossity that he and his familia got is gone right after that.

Vol 12-15 doesnt show a matured Bell, him being worried about the safety of his members is something normal that Bell did since the beginning.

Vol. 16 basicly proves that Bell even if you thought he matured, he didnt. Bell saying to "Syr" that he will rescue her even If he needs to fight the Freya Familia is just stupid beyond any reason. Bell didnt endanger not only his life (which he doesnt have problmes with) he endangered his entire goddamn Family (which he actually care about a lot but we dont see that here) which are to weak to protect themselfs against almost any member of Freya Familia.

Vol 17 comes like a rocket and his entire familia is almost killed by the Freya members. Freya erases the memories of all people in Orario to let them think that Bell was always in her Familia. Bell lost his entire Family, his friends, his life in Orario and even the person he loves doesnt remember him (at least in the beginning).

Freya basicly ruined his entire life in Orario effectively killed his entire new found Family without taking there lives and Bell still think he needs to rescue her. Vol 8 established that Bells only Family was his grandpa that died and that broke him. He found in Orario a new Family which he was really close with, where he shared adventures with, where he shared tragic, sad or good moments with and that all is gone, erased because Freya wants him.

Does someone really think that Bell cares about his Family when he doesnt have any kind of reaction to losing them. Yes he was depressed but that is only one reaction which is nothing new for us and Bell (Wiene Death scene). Bell should be angry maybe even lash verbally out on Freya for taking his Family, for ruining his life.

Bell doenst do any of that, he just accepts it, makes even friends in Freya Familia. Bell should be beyond angry and depressed, he should be gloomy. Imagine Bell being gloomy, he doesnt talk to any Freya Members and Freya herself, doesnt let his Falna updated and even eats outside and comes late at night home to just avoid any of them. Maybe even imagine that Bells gloominess effects the Citizens in Orario who came actually knew Bell as a happy teen (before memory erase). Imagine that the city itself becomes quiet gloomy because of Bells pressence while he avoids contact with Freya and her Familia. Wouldnt that show us that Bell actually really cared about his Family. Wouldnt that show Freya that she has gone too far.

It would actually be good development for Bell to actually go at least once against his own promise and thats saving Freya because not everyone is worth saving and she definetly is not worth it. It would help Bell to differeniate who is worth and not worth saving or better to say if they even deserve to be saved. It would as well be good developement for Freya seeing her own action exploding in her face and Bell absoloutly hating and despising her. Just imagine after all she done just to get Bell, he avoids her even lashing out on her and maybe even ruining his pure Soul that she wanted to have.

Now to Bell and him being not worthy of the Title Hero:

Bells path isnt a path to become a Hero. A hero is created by the adversities he faces and the consequences of his actions. Bell fullfils the first but the second is missing to this day in the LN. Before someone comes with he had lasting consequences name one consequence that he had that lasted after an arc. Right there isnt one.

The Citizens forgive Bell for one reason or another in the Xenos arc nullfying everything that happened. The Xenos arc basicly showed us Bell will never get any lasting consequences ever, so how can he be become a hero when he doesnt face it.

How can Bell understand the ones who cant protect themself. He was OP from the very beginning where he got Liaris Fresse. How can he understand the feeling of losing someone when it actually doesnt matter to him. How can he forge himself to a hero when he doesnt know anything about the world and struggles others had to become strong. He didnt have any problem with it, he basicly speed runs lvls.

Everything that I stated about his none existent character and this here basicly goes against becoming a Hero. Bell doesnt have anything that a hero requires, he even fails at even being a character.
