I find it confusing that none of the other characters can get SS and SSS stats.

In her past she has had good experiences in her life, which indicates she has experienced other emotions before, but she can't recognise the feelings of others and it just doesn't make any sense to me as to how she is so stupid.

She is completely oblivious of how others feel about herself and her friends, as in volume 8 of DanMachi, Hestia asks Aiz about what she thinks of Bell, and she replies that she thinks of Bell as a pet rabbit, unbeknownst to her that Bell has feelings for Aiz, and how his immense feelings for her has gained him the skill Liaris Freese, just so he can catch up to her and stand by her side. In volume 5 of Sword Oratoria, she is also completely naive to the current situation when they are walking through the Loki Familia camp, and how the men were so jealous that Bell got to walk with her. Throughout all the situations Bell and Aiz have met, she still hasn't come to the conclusion that Bell has feelings for her, and I just don't understand why.

I have been searching around on the internet but I couldn't find any website that mentioned the release date of DanMachi Volume 15, so I am wondering if anyone here knows when it will.
