We already know that dungeon atleast has 70 floors confirmed. And there are 4 confirmed monster rex so far Goliath (lvl 4) on floor 17, Amphisbaena (Lv5) on floor 27, Udaeus (Lv6) on floor 37, Balor (Lv7) on floor 49. So following the pattern there should be a lvl 8 monster rex on floor 60. So what are your thoughts on it?

These are what I have read before so take it with a pinch of salt
1.) Ais is atleast 1000 years old and after death of parents she was sealed in dungeon where Loki familia found her and took her in.
2.) Alfia mentioned her as 'girl of the dungeon' so don't know what is going on with that.
3.) Ais is a half spirit or atleast someone with spirit blood within her veins. It is said that people who receive falna age slower compared to others and giving her status as half spirit it most likely her mother or friends sealed ais in dungeon so her body didn't age during the time she was sealed.
Yes danmachi as it is now has plot holes which cannot and will not be improved upon because of author's bad writing . And in Ganesha familia it was mentioned that they have 11 lvl 5 even if they outright attack freya familia they have enough power and prestige to atleast stop freya from attacking weaker familia let alone destroy a small familia like Apollo who doesn't even has a single LVL 4 ganesha could have send 1 lvl 5 and boom war game arc finished
In the beginning of story where Loki had only 3 lvl 6 and 4 lvl 5 Ganesha had a pretty high chance to defeat them so it could be said as second best that time but no even then he just stay put in his home and let Orario burn when it is said in his character that he even god gods involved if it is to protect Orario general public but then we have it a insignificant familia such as apollo could attack others in broad day light and not have any penalty
Plot holes every where
OEBD is a plot hole that oomori started with his introduction of hera familia's captain as LVL 9 she was supposed to be a LVL 8 and then be defeated by dragon it would automatically solve all the problems with the plot in danmachi
1.) FERA was defeated yes here too
2.) They finished 2 task and defeated in OBED
3.) Current generation still has a reasonable chance of fighting OBED without haruhime
4.) Bell still got be the hero
5.) Zald and alfa still retain an executive status
Every little thing is solved with just the introduction of hera familia captain as LVL 8 not LVL 9

I am speculating that zues familia has at least 2 LVL 7 as zard (lvl7 with power 8) is not vice captain of familia but an executive that means they still have someone strong enough to hold position of vice captain and that person must be a LVL 7 or plus

Yes zues had 1 LVL 8(their captain)
At least 2-4lvl 7 (one confirmed with power LVL of 8)(and one that is vice captain)
At least 7-10 lvl 6 (speculation)
A few dozen with power level of 4 and 5
I think charm is just like a skill to godesses of beauty and yes a similar type of power is bestowed upon king type gods like zues(bells grandfather) that can transform them into humanoid and stop people from telling they are gods (Kali in sword oratorio)(freya as sry) and soma creating divine alcohol it's like a part of their arcanum manifest into gods like a divine ability which could be used as a skill
Literally all combat members of zues familia were lvl4 or higher that is to say even the non executives of zues familia were enough to dominate whole Orario certainly ottar LVL 8 would be strong but no agains zues familia unless freya had 3 people as strong as ottar (atlreast 3 peole that have reached LVL 8) it will be a one sided massacre that is certain as we are shown only 2 executives if zues both having power of LVL 8 so yeah pretty much even with [loki+ganesha+freya < or = zeus] with LVL 8 ottar
I would sy your biggest mistake is Melen as it was described to be Orario gate to ocean but in your map it is inbound to a large lake inside continent without a way to leave also Orario is very close to melen as under melen is second exit of dungeon which is connected to floor 27 (currently sealed using leviathan corpse by zues) so change is accordingly also put country of amazones in an island that is in a straight route to melen
We can settle on one thing top 3 familias in Orario are freya, loki and ganesha
Fighting with freya familia for one on one for both of these familia is a disaster as ottar a LVL can easily shift the balance of power in freya familia chronicles it was shown how almost all executives of freya familia faught ottar but were still on loosing end for fight to be disrupted by helen and freya letter she was carrying. Fina magic makes all of his basic ability increase with a quite a amount but still not to a LVL 7 . To fight ottar alone loki has to dedicate 2-3 lvl 6 (finn,ais,Gareth) and rest all to fight other members of freya familia but even with that loki familia will lose pretty hard due to more no of 1 st class adventure with freya .
Only possible way to defeat freya family will be by including ganesha familia's 11 lvl 5 and dead freya familia with overwhelming no's
Current power level in world of danmach can be seen as freya>loki>ganesha
No Zeus's familia will still win even if otter is able to fight captain of zues familia to a draw we know there is at least 1 more LVL 7 and all members are LVL 4 above in zues familia and in freya familia side story it was shown how most of freya familia's executive faught ottar(lvl 7) but not able to win so it will still be zues familia victory with overwhelming freya familia
