15 seems about right if you aren't going to cover LN15. The anime suffers from not introducing the Orphanage and their importance to Syr. There is a lot of time devoted to them and it humanized Syr with the later reveal.
It appears there will be 5 EPS for each LN. You could easily do LN18 in 3EPs. Or better yet just watch the intro.

There is a lot of padding or bloat in this arc that's near meaningless. I could get LN18 done in 2-3 Eps without cutting much.
Unless Omori double levels Bell he will be around mid 6 to 7 by the OEBD arc.
If you take Omori at his word there are 2 major arcs post LN20. Bell hasn't been generating much excelia over LN19 so he will start the Ais Arc as a mid lv5 with Asterius probably being his feat for lv6.
OEBD is next and he will probably mid lv6 when they start the serious part of OEBD fight.

Lili, Haruhime and Hestia KNOW he isn't interested in them but is interested Ais.
Ryuu was told her face that he has always and only desired a female at a higher level. With her later understanding that it's Ais but still confesses and plans to fight for his affection
Bell rejects Syr to her face
Bell reject Freya to her face
Eina knows he is interested in Ais but for some reason has feelings for Bell
Nina falls in love with an imaginary version of character that is nothing like Bell
Aisha just wants a pants off dance off

If she were to find out about it, that would have come from LN17 when she read Eina's Diary. She kept notes on Bell. She would have also discovered Liaris Freese either via Eina's Diary or when she updated his stats.
Don't know if it's me misreading an interview Omori gave around DM18 release. It appears we are about to start the final 2 arc of the series after LN20 (Education District). Those being the Ais and OEBD arcs.
DM18 & DM19 were the perfect novels to reset and evolve character including Bell. Omori didn't take that opportunity so I doubt he will start now. Unless DM20 contains more than just a newer new girl to add to the pointless harem.
Danmachi isn't RPG nor does it have any logical sense to power or feats. I view Bell's hidden stats as just a means of him fighting up a level.
As a I0 lv6 Bell would place Tiona, Tione and Bete's level but faster. Speed is the only stat that Omori mentions about Bell. Bell has been consistently over levelling his strength, endurance, dexterity and mind at every single level, but they are never mentioned.
I still expect T/T/B to defeat Bell as an I0. As a F lv6 I expect him to be near Aiz's level. As a B lv6 he should be competing against Hedin and Hogni. As a S lv6 I would expect him to compete against Ariel empowered Ais.
Sorry I don't place any weight to stats or lvls after lv18. It's whatever Omori considers cool.
Ryuu's Astrae Varmas will be the same. One LN it will be like Haruhim'e level boost in terms of affect, next LN a lvl1 will overpower Bell enhanced by AV.

Whilst there is no reason for Loki Familia to take Hestia Familia they will. If you read SO1 and SO4 you know only Bell and Ryuu would serve a use. SO14 it's revealed Finn, Gareth and Riveria are now lv7, Ottar's level. The trio alone could probably solo to F60-61.
There is also most of Loki Familia have gained a level making Hestia Familia's involvement near pointless.
The reason being Omori wants it to happen. Nothing has been setup in the realistic way or logical way but why not. LN18 would have been a great way to build a realistic bond and alliance between the Familias.
If we are taking them as people, I find certain characters actions to be out of character from what we have read. The biggest example is Riveria. She was the one pushing Finn to accept the offer for something Loki could have gotten Ouranos.
Royman's actions make sense as they are logical, and the action people charged with Orario's protection would make. Do agree with them but that's a moral question.
The problem is they aren't people, they are characters with their actions being dictated by Omori. He couldn't figure out a way to make his script work, so he forced characters to take these actions.
Nothing is LN18 feels earned, deserved or natural. After LN18 Loki Familia is going to take Hestia Familia on expedition. Why would Hestia Familia accept this offer? Why would Loki Familia need Hestia Familia?
It's only going to happen because the author wants it to happen. There is no connection between the familias, no level of trust and interaction. LN18 was a fantastic way to build all this so it felt natural in later LNs.
Isn't FireBolt combination of Fire and lightening?
Why? Outside of LN18 the cost for a grimoire was around the cost of the Hestia knife. Bell as around $3.5 to him name, so more debt isn't advised.
LN18: Bell thought he would distracted learning new magic whilst preparing for the WG. So it was skipped.
New magic: Why not have Welf craft Bell multiple element Welf Blades? Turning Bell into a magical blades men and showcasing Welf's mastery at the same time. Wind, Ice, Fire, Lightening and Earth short blades. Name the blades after the great spirits from the fairytales.
Combine Welf's blood and Hestia's Ichor when forging them so they can take a argonaut charge for buffing. Add in the Hestia Knife, ArgoVesta, Goliath Scarf, Inferno Stones, Vanadis Tevere and the teachings of his mentors. It would add to the overcoming of his 'ordinariness' with his will instead of Ryuu style powerups.
Based on Sword and Wand I doubt what I listed will used. It had always been my hope Omori would evolve Bell and his powers unlocking more of the Hestia Blades potential.
After LN18 it wouldn't surprise me if Omori planned the defeat of OEBD to be. Bell and Ais doing a fusion dance becoming Optimus Prime empowered by Greyskull with the ability to wield Voltron's Sword.
Honestly don't think Omori know what he writes from LN to the next. LN18 had Vanir competing with a SS stat Bell and defeat occasionally in a Folkvangr.
Imagine if Vanir went back with Bell. As team they could have defeated Alfia, Zard and Ottar. :)

Let me outline Lili's plans for you:
She planned to lost 600ish members of her fighting force
She know Ryuu would double level not single level
She know Mia, Chloe, Luniore and Anya would join the fight
She know about Anya debuffing
She know the Bringer could be defeat by a couple of lv 4s and a level 2
She know Ryuu could fight on the same level as Hogni
She know Hedin would betray Freya Familia
She know Hedin could convert Hogni to his side
She know Hogni, Allen and Ottar wouldn't have any magic potions or have Heith heal them
She know Hedin would buff Bell in his fight against Ottar
She know Welf a level 2 could easily evade Allen because reasons
She know Bell could out run Allen even with his magic activated
It's rather simple to understand everything went to Lili's plan. If for any reason you disagree then you are an Ais Fan Boy/Girl. 😂😂
LN18 needed a 5th rewrite or have gone with one of the earlier drafts.
Not in the War Game from what I can remember. Due to the power difference in Familias he only crafted normal one as they were more power as they don't rely on the users' level.
Wish Omori would have Welf craft 3-4 different Element Daggers for Bell turning him into a Magic Blades User. Haruhime might gain one but if that's the case it will probably happen post DM20
The whole last chapter is inconsistent.
SO 13: Bell identity is revealed pushing Nina out on to F18. This doesn't happen until in DM19. Bell is still Rapi until F25ish when he is attacked by a Blue Dragon. Bell never meets Tiona, Tione, Lefiya or Ais. He goes camping on F18 with SQ3.
Other inconsistences is Bell first use of Argonaut with FireBolt on F18. DM has him miss the Goliath but he has already practised in the forrest with Lefiya. Anyone is LN15 and Bell's update. SO12 happens before LN15 which means Bell doesn't have his update until after SO12. That means Hestia let Bell go into a war zone without updating. It also means the 3400ish Excelia is from LN12-14 and SO12 not just F37 like DM15 has you believe.

Why? Mikoto and Welf are gaining excelia at a normal rate or even accelerated rate.
In 5 months Welf has levelled up and is nearing F&Gs in stats with Mikoto nearing levelling up area with Fs.
They have used Haruhime's magic a lot in key moments were they could have gained more excelia. The trip to the Xeno's Hidden Village (F20) and their descent from F24-F36 was either level boosted or shepherded by other adventurers.
As a reference point Ryuu and Ais were taking around a year to jump levels at and they were in larger and more organised Familias. They also were around in the dark times were they could gain quality excelia on the surface as well as the dungeon.
As a level 3, Lefiya descripted it as having the power of lv2 mage's spell in SO10. I have always taking it to mean Firebolt is a 1 level below Bell's current level. IE Lv5 Bell = lv4 FireBolt.
Ryuu generated more excelia than Ais, Tione, Tiona & Bete whilst working at Mia's place as a semi retired adventurer / dishwasher. If Omori stays consistent (😂) Ryuu would have had to acquired a full level of excelia to expand her soul container from 5 to 6.
If you take the basics of just getting to D and mirroring her lv4 as an upgrade path she would need around 1900-2000 without an feats. Ryuu is a Dexterity/Agility/Magic focused build so D is in D/A/M and Gs in S/E. She would also need to force her lv4 soul container to expand past it's limits into SS areas. Maybe factor in 100-200ish more for that.
How she generated this amount of excelia is baffling. Excelia is only generated when the monsters/person is near your level. We got an example in SO LN1 with Ais fight lvl 4-5 monsters on LFs way to F51. She generated 20-50 including fighting a weak demi spirit and 100s of monsters at her or near her level.
With Ryuu we have no understanding of the make up of the Evilus Familia's she destroyed. She would be curb stomping lv1-2s monsters in the dungeon on her way to F18. This wouldn't generate excelia and defeating Apollo Familia lv1-2 wouldn't generated excelia as well. But Omori needs a 3rd side to make up a love triangle drama, so he doubled leveled Ryuu.
