Tbh I think she will. But If she does, will she become a level 5 when her status is updated? She was already one of the strongest lv4 adventurers before decimating the Rudra Familia so at that point her stats were already high and would be higher after said killing. Then if you add what happened in her arc aka surviving and killing the Juggernaut while being on the brink of death as her grand feat you a really high posibility of her leveling up, if the status gets updated that is.

Sword Oratoria not only adds new location and charaters that aren't in the main series, it's also an incredible insight into Ais's character. In the the main series you only see Ais from the "outside", from a narrow lens per say, she shows no personality and some people don't like her too much for it. And it's true, in the main series Ais is, in my opinion, extremely bland and this is coming from an Ais fan no less. But in SO you get to know her on a personal level: what she likes, doesn't like, loves, hates, etc. As well as, the reasoning behind her actions and opinions. In other words, you get to see Ais for who she really is and I really enjoyed that. (I actually still have to read SO 11 and SO 12).
So yeah, I fully agree with you, SO is pretty damn good ngl.

I like what you've got going there and I agree, especially, with the idea of Bell and Ais fighting Ottar together. There are a few key things missing like potencial level ups and so on, but for what you've suggested I think it's a okay.

You also have to keep in mind the Zard was weaker than he should have been if he hadn't eaten Behemoth's flesh. I'm not say he was weak, he was an absolute monster, but he was weaker.

I completely get where you are coming from and I may not have explained myself too well either. I'm not saying that Bell will be alone in the fight against Allen, Hogni and the brothers, Bell would most like be fighting along side Ais, Tiona, Tione, Bete and maybe Lefiya. And in regards to Ottar, I'm counting on Finn, Gareth and Riveria to contain and wear him down. All this along side with the new abilities/skills he might get and the other things i stated earlier might be enough to will the war game.

Bell without a doubt is going to be a level 5 by the start of vol 18 so this is probably what's going to happen. Bell will boost his lv5 stats by training with LF, maybe even going on an expedition with them (we don't know how much time will pass since the end of the vol17 and the start of the wargame so it is a posibility) and fighting monsters down in the dungeon like Balor and Udaeus. Then he'll defeat Hedin to level up to lv6. Consecuently, he will fight the rest of the FF executives (with the exception of Ottar) raising his lv6 stats in the process. Finally, he'll fight Ottar, beat him and become lv 7 (maybe by the start of vol 19).
I also always thought that Ottar would be Bell's grand feat to get to level 7. Not to mention that his bond with Ais will strengthen from being around her so much which will make his Liaris Freese ability work in overdrive and it has been 6 books since the last level up so a doble/triple level up doesn't seem that out of touch in my opinion.
If you think I'm wrong please tell me, I'm open to criticism and to be roasted.

I guess he means like: commander, support, etc. In my opinion he should be in the front line, killing everything that poses a danger, but only when they get to the lower/deep floors. There would be no point in him fighting in the upper/middle floors because the monsters are too weak, only the lower level members should do so like in a normal expedition.
Plus, if Bell goes on an expedition with them it will be to make himself stronger, which only reinforces what I just said.

Bell at lv5 is equal if not stronger han current Ais. Bell at lv6 would absolutely wipe the floor with Ais

I rated it as a 3, don't get me wrong I like the anime but I think they didn't even come close to doing the light novels justice. Also, I wish that the people that animated Kimitsu no Yaiba had animated all of the fighting scenes especially the juggernaut one. If you've watch Kimitsu's second season you know why I'm saying this

Tiona has a kinda crush on Bell but even saying that seems a bit far. But anyways, I think that Aiz will get confused/jealous when Bell starts going on expeditions with Loki familia and and sees Tiona showing interest for Bell. Not to mention that Tiona's interest will be more meaningful than any of the other girl's interest because Tiona is Ais's best friend.

At the end of vol 17 Bell's stat sheet was shown just like at the end of vol 11 after which he leveled up at the very start of vol 12, so it most likely means that he'll be a level 5 by the start of vol 18. Most likely Bell will become a level 6 to finish the book off after his fight with Ottar. But there is also the possibility that Bell becomes a level 6 before his final fight with Ottar if Bell has two major fights.
He would level up to level 6 after the first one, it would be against the Freya familia's 1st tiers (excluding Ottar) which Bell would be ready for after training with loki familia and maxing out his level 5 stats. Then he would run away/recover/hide for a bit (from what I've read, vol 18 will have a hide and seek format so it would make sense for him to do so). Ultimately he will have his final fight with Ottar maxing out his level 6 stats, beating him in the process and leveling up to level 7 at the start of vol 19.
The reason I think that Bell could be a level 6 when fighting Ottar is because if he was a level 5 it would even be a fight, you know? I only came up with this theory after reading Gupnut’s opinion on the matter. He had the idea that Ottar would be the way Bell became a level 7, that Asterios would be the way Bell became a level 8 and that whatever is at the bottom of the dungeon would boost him to level 9, so the fact that Bell would probably be fighting Ottar as a level 5 and not as a level 6 didn’t make too much sense.
To make sure I’m not just talking crap I make a graph like the one Gupnut maked but extended it to level 11. This will all make sense in a second I promise….. :)

What I’m going to talk about might seem off topic but trust me it’s on topic.
Based on the comments on:
Albert had the power of a level 10 when he fought against the OEBD which is estimated to have the power of el level 11, so to drive it away Albert had to sacrifice his life because he wasn’t strong enough to kill it. In short, Bell has to be even stronger than Albert to have a chance at killing the dragon and staying alive (cuz if he dies I’m gonna lose my shit).
Anyway, in the graph you can see that Bell as a newly level 9 is almost as strong as a newly level 11 Aiz. If we use Aiz as a base we can say that Bell at level 9 has a boost equivalent to around 2 levels. Which would be perfect for what I said earlier about albert. Not to mention that this “He had the idea that Ottar would be the way Bell became a level 7, that Asterios would be the way Bell became a level 8 and that whatever is at the bottom of the dungeon would boost him to level 9” would now also make sense if my theory about Bell leveling up twice with the events in vol 18 is correct.
I also agree with Gupnut about the fact that Bell would probably need some sort of new ability. Maybe Bell can develop argonaut so it covers his whole body and keep it activated for a prolonged amount of time, which would boost his overall power or something.
