Babel (バベル) is the name of the tower located within Orario that was built over the Dungeon beneath it.
History[]
Babel was built to stop the monsters within the Dungeon from escaping. It was originally the same size as other buildings but was intentionally destroyed when the first Gods came down to earth. Those Gods later rebuilt it as it currently stands.
Information[]
Babel is owned by the Guild to watch and take care of the Dungeon. The first twenty floors are filled with Familia business, facilities, and money exchanges. All the shops from the fourth floor up to the eighth floor are owned by the Hephaestus Familia. Above the 20th floor are living areas of the most prominent Gods in Orario, known as the Private Rooms; before losing the Great Faction War, Freya lived on the top floor. Babel has a total of 50 floors.
