Behind the Celebration (祝賀会の裏側にて) is a special short story given to those who purchased volume 4 of DanMachi in Gamers.
Summary[]
Lili was at the Hostess of Fertility as she had been invited to the celebrate Bell's rank up. Remembering the incident between the three of them, she told Syr and Ryuu she had changed, prompting the former to ask if it had been because of Bell's love.
Seeing her reaction Syr mentioned how Bell saw her as a little sister, a comment that hit Lili like a right punch to the stomach. As revenge, she mentioned how much Bell ate the lunches she made in tears and using all his strength to finish them, a response that hit her like an uppercut.
Ryuu interrupted them and told both to calm down. She also asked Lili to not say such things since, although her meal was something that a normal person could not make, it was the culmination of her friend's efforts after several failures. The comment was like a hook that left Syr on the verge of collapsing, with even Lili being impressed by how cruel the Elf was for unconsciously using such a killer move.
Ryuu reminded them they were there to celebrate Bell's achievements and asked them to stop this senseless fight. The two agreed and she thanked them for it. Until Bell arrived, Lili's symphaty only grew as her friendship with Syr and the rest deepened.
