Cecil Blackliza (セシル・ブラックリーザ) is the captain of the Astraea Familia.
Appearance[]
Cecil is a girl with short blue hair and orange eyes. She wears the Astraea Familia uniform which consists of white battle clothes with a cape on her left shoulder on which her familia's emblem is engraved.
Personality[]
Cecil was not a very talkative person and always spoke evasively. Astraea attributed this partly to the fact that she had "lost her way halfway through her journey". She comes from a family of blacksmiths and has a passion for blacksmithing. However, her father and brothers refused to acknowledge her, so she eventually left them.
In her desire to become a great blacksmith, she became a dependent of Astraea just to obtain the development ability Blacksmith. Despite using their contract as a means to her own ends, she eventually developed a great and genuine appreciation for her Goddess.
When informing Astraea of Ryuu's visit, she was moody and cold, continuing to be so when her Goddess told her that she would go to see the visitor in person. Her initial dislike towards the Elf was due to the fact that she considered her a traitor who abandoned Astraea. However, after meeting her and getting to know her, Cecil's opinion of her senior improved.
After her time with the Elf, Cecil became more proactive and determined. Now her wish is to help Ryuu as much as she can, and has even formed a personal smith contract.
Abilities[]
Ryuu concluded that Cecil's combat ability is good enough to explore up to the 14th Floor of the dungeon.
Great Physical Prowess: As a Level 2, Cecil's physical abilities are all significantly superior to those of a normal person. In terms of raw physical prowess, her abilities are also exponentially superior to those of any Level 1.
Great Strength: Cecil's attacks are strong enough to shatter rock.
Combatant: Although her mastery of techniques and tactics is poor, Cecil's way of moving in combat was considered decent by Ryuu.
Skilled Blacksmith: Cecil is a blacksmith skilled in the creation of weapons and armor. Ryuu recognized the quality of the equipment produced by her as excellent. She can also make magic swords.
Enhanced Senses: After acquiring her falna, Cecil's senses became much better than those of a normal person. They improved even further after she ranked up.
Development Abilities[]
Blacksmith (鍛冶): Blacksmith enables Cecil to add special abilities to her creations and make better creations overall. When she uses it a faint glow covers her hands.
