Episode Freya (episodeフレイヤ), also known as Freya Arc (フレイヤ編), is a Japanese light novel and manga series written by Oomori Fujino. It is the second installment in the Familia Chronicle series.

On August 30, 2019, it was announced that its serialization as a web novel would begin in Fall of the same year on Manga UP and Gangan Online. Nilitsu, who worked on Episode Ryuu, returned as the illustrator for the light novel, which was released on December 12, 2019. Prior to that, the web novel began serialization on Manga UP on December 3, 2019 and ended on June 2, 2020. Meanwhile, its publication on Gangan Online, on the Gangan GA website, did not begin until January 6, 2020 and ended on July 13, 2020. The web novel covered only the first chapter of the light novel and was divided into six segments, each of which was divided into six to nine parts, for a total of 46 publications. Except for a three-week gap between segments two and three on both platforms, and a gap of ten and twelve days between segments three and four respectively, the parts were released on Manga UP at alternating intervals of three and four days and on Gangan GA at alternating intervals of two and five days.
Before the light novel's release, it was revealed that Momoyama Hinase had been assigned as the artist for the manga adaptation, and on September 24, 2020, it was announced that it would begin serialization on Manga UP on October 2. Following the app's format, each chapter was divided into several parts that were published every few weeks, taking at least and usually two weeks, although sometimes it took up to six weeks for a new part to be released. Thus, the manga's serialization ran from October 2, 2020 to February 9, 2024. On December 20, 2021, it also began serialization on Gangan Online and concluded on November 25, 2024.
On August 25, 2021, it was announced that a DanMachi ~Memoria Freese~ event adapting Episode Freya would be held in Winter 2021-2022. The event ended up covering only the first chapter of the light novel and was split into two parts released on December 30, 2021 and January 13, 2022.
