Falgar Batros (ファルガー・バトロス) is the vice-captain of the Hermes Familia.

Appearance

Falgar has brownish-blond hair and eyes, along with brown colored tiger ears and tail. He's also a tall man with a very muscular physique.

Personality

Falgar is a reliable person and who Asfi trusts the most. He is also a good friend as he has supported her in times when she has doubted herself.

He is a realistic and humble person who can objectively analyze his abilities and those of others, not fearing to admit if someone surpasses him in some aspect. On the other hand, he has been shown to occasionally act a bit laid back as he sometimes makes jokes, at least with his friends.

Abilities

Falgar's combat ability is such that it surpassed that of a Level 4 Aki, who was considered one of the best Level 4 adventurers in Orario, and is almost as good as, if not outright equal to, Aisha's.

Amazing Physical Prowess: As a Level 4, Falgar's physical abilities are all dramatically superior to those of a normal person. In terms of raw physical prowess, his abilities are also far superior to those of any Level 3 or below.

Skilled Fighter: Falgar is a fairly powerful warrior and highly capable as a member of the vanguard. Although he loses to Raul, Aki, and the other members of Loki Familia's second string in terms of status, his techniques and tactics are superior to theirs, granting him an overall combat ability superior to those of Raul and a Level 4 Aki. He also demonstrates splendid teamwork with the rest of his familia, exponentially increasing their combat prowess when fighting together.

Commander: Falgar is a proficient commander and often leads the vanguard in combat.

Enhanced Senses: As a Human Beast, Falgar had very keen senses far better than those of most normal people. After acquiring his falna his senses sharpened even further. His senses further improved with each subsequent rank up.

• Falgar is a veteran of the Hermes Familia, having joined even before Asfi.
• Falgar was designed by Haimura Kiyotaka, the illustrator of the Sword Oratoria light novel, who has a certain attachment to the character.
