This is a piece of history spun by the dependent of the Goddess.
"I have come to see you... Goddess Astraea"
While the Labyrinth City was busy with preparations for the War Game between Hestia and Freya, Ryuu left the city alone.
She headed east, towards the sword-creating city.
To meet the Goddess who waits there, to seek power, and to advance her clock, Ryuu approached the meeting with five years of determination, but...
"I will never accept you!!"
She ended up in conflict with her juniors who worship the Goddess of Justice. Furthermore, Astraea does not allow her to return and orders her to stay in the sword-creating city...
"Ryuu, can I hear your answer?"
The third installment of the Chronicle series where justice is put to the test once again!

Trivia[]
Locus of Stars was originally planned to be included in a smaller form in DanMachi volume 18 but due to the page limit it had to be cut. Oomori finally decided to lengthen the story to publish it as another book in the series of consecutive releases in commemoration of the tenth anniversary of the franchise.
Oomori wrote the short story Girl of the Twilight as he thought that those who had only read the light novel or watched the anime would wonder who Adi is.
The third chapter is a revised version of a story that was released exclusively on DanMachi ~Memoria Freese~. Oomori decided to include it in the volume since it was one of the reasons he decided to write Locus of Stars.
