Familia Joining Contract (ファミリア入団契約書) is a special short story given to those who purchased volume 7 of DanMachi in Toranoana.
The story was later adapted in Memoria Freese to promote the fifth episode of the second season of the anime.

Three days after the Hestia Familia won the War Game against the Apollo Familia, Hestia gathered her new dependents in the morning to tell them about her familia. Although they had not yet started moving, she wanted to clarify a few rules now that they had converted.
Lili wondered why she imposed a curfew and became annoyed when she explained it was because she didn't want "her" Bell to be out at night, asking whose Bell was she talking about. Nonetheless, aside from that they all were fine with her other rules, especially that they ate breakfast and dinner together, as Welf and Mikoto considered it a good way to deepen their bond.
Once she finished talking Hestia handed each of them a contract, arguing that she wanted a paper proof of their contract. Lili however exploded and tore apart hers when she noticed a very small clause at the bottom that prohibited relationships between familia members, especially with the captain.
Hestia asked her what she was doing to which the Pallum asked her the same, accusing her of trying to trick her into signing a thing that was actually something else. As the two argued, Welf and Mikoto simply sighed.
