Finegas (フィネガス) is a character in DanMachi ~Memoria Freese~. He is a Spirit associated with Goibniu and made a contract with both leaders of Fianna Knights.
Appearance[]
As a Spirit from the ancient times his appearance is based on his contract. When he first made a contract with Fianna, he took on the form of a invisible barrier that repeled monsters. After making a contract with Dim, he took on the appearance of a horse.
Personality[]
As a Spirit Finegas comes off as very prideful and demands to be treated with the utmost respect even when Dim was at his worst. He is also a very picky eater and will only eat his favorite food grilled salmon.
While he does annoy Dim with his antics, he did care about both him and his sister. One of his regrets was that he wasn't able to convince Fianna to spend more time with Dim as his sister.
After spending a long time in the mortal realm, he developed a desire to leave a legacy of himself as a Sage for future generations.
History[]
Unlike other Spirits who where sent to aid humanity, Finegas was made to retrieve the Bloodfury Spear and was given more free will to achieve his goal. When he found the Bloodfury Spear inside Fianna's soul, he made a contract with her.

- Finegas is based on Finn Eces, a poet and sage who was the teacher of Fionn mac Cumhaill in Irish mythology.
