Haruhime even almost fainted upon being informed that even making a low estimate the total cost would be about 6,500,000,000 valis.
After a long moment of stupor, as if to comfort Haruhime, Fels explained to them that sometimes, even if a person had an empty magic slot, it would not be filled even if said person read a good grimoire due to external factors.
