Summary[]
Bete lay covered in wounds and sweat on the floor of a warehouse outside of Orario. An unharmed Gareth found his comment about him and his ridiculous strength annoying given that it was the Werewolf himself who had forced him to help him train.
Like the rest of the Loki Familia, Ais' rank up to Level 6 had motivated Bete to train to get stronger. However, he was unwilling to let the lower-ranking members see him training diligently, much less getting beaten up, hence why he brought Gareth to that place to train.
Bete further stated that he would not lose to a woman, remembering not only Ais but Revis as well. While Bete's desire to not be seen like that by the lower-ranking members made him sigh, Gareth narrowed his eyes and smiled at his sharp gaze that burned with more male pride than anyone else's.
After that brief chat, the two resumed their fierce battle. The wolf howled and challenged him again and again, greedily seeking strength, and the Dwarf responded each time. The sound of the exchange of fists never ceased.
